While I was expecting a terrible time, with people clawing each other for computers and scattering office supplies to the wind, that did not happen at all. Upon arrival, there was a spread of Dunkin Donuts coffee, bagels, and donuts that they provided for customers who were waiting outside the store. As a college student, I understand the value of free food, so that was awesome. At the very least, I could munch on a strawberry frosted donut while people torn each other apart for a crappy PC. But inside, it was neat and orderly! Deals on electronics were clearly marked and laid out on special tables or in large bins at the front of the store. There was a line for customers to receive tickets for the computers specifically from the front page of the Black Friday advertisement. A kind employee helped my mom and I figure out that she should not be in that line, got the computer for her himself, and then took time to help her choose the warranty. The line for check out was slow, but it was also clearly marked and regulated by another employee. They held our computer behind the register until we were done shopping. All in all, it was a great experience.

In all seriousness, I have to commend the managers and staff here for being a tremendous help with respect to the "creative" portions of my applications. There sales where the prices of my software and little Canon Selphy printer were competitive with NewEgg*. The custom printing department was also a tremendous help when selecting card stock and helping to field such a one-off request. I couldn't even find a hobby/gaming shop in the city to help me, but these guys did. And when I couldn't find ink cartridges for my Selphy? A sales associate gladly led me to CMYK to my heart's content*. When I was an idiot and bought clear contact paper instead of white? A sales associate made the return process fast and efficient. * Sometimes I pretend that I am 1337.

I've been to many other offices and do not get the personal attention and excellent customer service as I do in this location. Never a long line because they keep it moving along. Always service with a smile! Very convenient location! I mail hundreds of packages every week and rarely had any any issues with lost packages! Val is the most dedicated employee, extremely professional and dedicated! She is an asset to the Postal Service and should be recognized! There's a new Postmaster , we wished him well. There's a new employee also, wished her well. We were there to mail a greeting card with a check inside. I had placed a regular stamp and wanted to make sure it had enough postage. The woman said it did. That was on the beginning of March, 2025. It's July 16,2025 and that greeting card has still not been received by the intended recipient! It WAS NOT AN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY. Because I did not conduct a credit card transaction, unfortunately I don't have a receipt,however I did do another paid transaction conducted on that date. WE HAVE NOT RETURNED TO THAT POST OFFICE IN JEFFERSON VALLEY. WE WILL NEVER RETURN. Convinced that the lack of delivery came from here. If I could give it a Zero rating, I would.

They quoted me $92, not because it was heavy but because of the size of the box. Needless to say I opted to try something else. I called The Mailbox store and spoke to a guy who explained that the charge is based not only the weight but the size of the box. He said they have multiple boxes for sale and if I came in, we could try and find a cheaper solution. I stopped in on the way home and after a couple of different "fittings" we found the smallest box that would fit the coat. Total cost including the box $47. This store is under new ownership and I highly recommend them for any shipping needs plus whatever other services they provide.
