The staff here is extremely helpful and kind. I found this place while scouring the internet for nearby places to make copies. I was greeted almost immediately upon me entering the door by an associate asking how they could help me. 1 minute later, my few copies were done and I was out of there. Do NOT use them ; they are totally unreliable . They are unable to deliver orders . They kept on sending me emails saying the delivery was delayed ....day after day after day ...... still after 7 days ; I never got any of my packages but they still keep on sending new delivery dates that they are unable to do . I realized that one of my packages went from Pa to Ga then to Virginia , then to NJ and then back to Pa ; and I live in Westchester county NY .... ??????? They are incompetent and dead stupid . I had to put 1 star because unfortunately they for got to put 0 star which would have been more accurate .Bunch of idiots . Don't bother using them , it's a waste of time and money !! The UPS store in Somers is friendly. Efficient , and helpful. They have many services.

Although the space is small and there may be a line because they are fairly busy, once you get to the counter you are in and out! If you are returning Amazon packages, be prepared with the labels or QR code so you don't hold up the line. I have also used this location for my passport pictures and I was in and out. Ana the manager obviously doesn't know how rude and inept her staff is. A company called Chairish paid for Wrap and Go UPS service to ship my glass goblets. Ana's staff misread the scan, through the glasses in a box and they were delivered all broken. Instead of looking in to the problem they immediately blamed it on me. Chairish has opened a case with UPS against UPS Somers. Use UPS in Yorktown. They're nicer. read more

Jensen is one of the best I have seen with regard to customer service in nearly any business I have ever encountered. He is professional friendly and quick. He makes the store feel like a mom & pop not part of a larger corporate conglomerate. If UPS is looking for anyone to rise up the ranks or to even at least be an ideal for customer service training its this guy. those guys are not if off cappacited to help people. they make me to drive two times to the store to helps me anlunk my iPhone, and the only think they did was erase mi iPhone. I'm with out phone for 2 days because they lock my Apple ID and phone. no recommend no buddy to go to this store. read more

We have a business and ship daily and to have a staff that is so reliable, knowledgeable and "on top of it" eases the stress of shipping. This is the last time I am going into that UPS store, for any reason. I used to go there pretty frequently, through all of their subsequent owners, but the last couple of times, preference has been given to their daily shippers, it seems. Today I stood in there holding a heavy box, waiting and waiting for my turn. There is no place to rest a box in there, and mine was wrapped in wrapping paper that I didn't want to ruin by resting it on the ground. The clerk saw me holding this box, knew I was next in line, and still allowed one of his regulars who came in 10 minutes after I got in line, to bring behind the counter first one package, and then another that he had to leave the store to retrieve from his vehicle...then proceeded to wait inthis guy when he knew he should have gone to the end of the line. This isn't the first time this has happened in this store, but for me, it's the last if they aren't going to wait on customers in the order in which they line up. Just wanted to add that I've waited 4 months to see if the UPS Store owner cared enough to respond to my review, which I wrote after many years as a customer of this establishment-looks like he doesn't feel the need to be bothered with a response of any kind. I would like to respond to Ana's reply to me-It was wrapped in wrapping paper because it was a gift. I was in your store because you sell boxes, which my wrapped package would have placed in, and then mailed. read more

Says on the website and on Google that they are open until 6:30pm. Drove 20 minutes to find out they close at 6pm. Not a happy customer!

never open on time. store front open time says 8:30. i've gone about 5x at this point, between 8:30-8:45 on my way to work and they are never open. at this point they should either update their hours to 9:00 or open on time as its frustrating to customers. read more
