Our company just moved to a business park off of Marine Drive and our landlord didn't happen to let us know that we needed to order a key at the post office. SO after being in our new location for 5 weeks our mailman came and asked us if we had ordered the key yet. And since we hadn't, he said we could pick up our mail at the post office until then. So off I went and whoa what a line!! But then a savior emerged and asked if anyone was there to pick up mail or packages. Yes yes yes I am sir!! So I let him know our situation and he took care of getting me the mail. This post office is about 5 minutes from our office so it was super easy to get there and back. I was also impressed at how friendly he was and how good the service was at a post office. Ten out of ten. read more

You know, for a post office, this one is not that bad. I haven't had any grumpy people behind the counter, the lines move pretty quickly, and there is a self-service postage machine up front, if you just want to take care of things yourself. Gee is the guy who I have worked with the most, and he is very friendly, quick and efficient, and makes the process of shipping multiple packages at a time pretty easy. read more

This place is the absolute worst and has to be the worst usps I have ever been to. Constantly opens late, workers have no sense of urgency and disappear to the back, let people do literally fill stuff out at the counter while there is a line out the door instead of taking other customers who just need to mail packages. Horrible workers at this location. One literally walked away midway through conversation without saying anything and the other completely talked over me when trying to explain that they have my postal key. I've never had an issue with post office. The counter service is good, knowledgeable, friendly. With Covid everything is weird right now, I'm amazed that the postal service has not been shut down. I'm appreciative they are still running. read more

I had to go into Park Rose Post office because the mail carrier had placed my package into the wrong box at our condo mail stand. I was very stressed. I'm convinced monkeys run this place and are throwing feces at each other while I wait on the phone for half an hour and then randomly hangs up on me while still on hold. This thought came to mind the third time this happened in as many days. Why even have a phone at this point? Update. A majority of the Christmas cards I mailed arrived 6 weeks after I mailed them, to people that live in the same town as I. Meaning that a physically disabled turtle could have delivered them, while taking a vacation half way there, and still that turtle would have arrived sooner. Stopped by here to buy postage for and send off two postcards. There were two postal employees at the counter when I arrived, and when I approached the first one, I showed him my postcards and told him I'd like to send them out. He glanced at them and noted there were no stamps. I replied that yes I'd like to purchase some postcard stamps (let us remember that I am at a United States post office) and he agitatedly was like, we don't sell those here! You'll have to buy a roll of stamps! I was confused at the content and tone of his reply and calmly said well then I'd like to purchase stamps, and he sort of flung his arm at the next guy and said that he'd help me. So I walk to the next guy and explain my incredibly mundane request to purchase stamps for my two postcards and then mail them out. He sort of thinks about it and looks around and then says that they're out, but he can make them. I'm curious as to how he can 'make' a stamp and I watch as he gets a bunch of different sheets with different denominations and somehow makes it all add up to the 25 or 30 cents it costs. So apparently I Did Not have to buy an entire roll of stamps, as I suspected. So the stamps were purchased and sent out and as far as I know at least one postcard was received so it looks like the mail sorters and carriers did their thing, but I don't think the service here was top notch. I'd heard rather bad things about this post office, so I always avoided it before today. But I wasn't in a rush and needed to send something to my mom, so I went in at about 11:30 am on a Wednesday in mid-January. There were only two people in line ahead of me when I arrived. The female clerk (#16 according to the receipt) was very quick and friendly and efficient. She thanked each customer, including me, for being so patient (which really wasn't necessary--honestly I wasn't in line for more than 2 minutes). But still, very thoughtful. Several more customers joined in line after me, and two more clerks appeared to keep the line moving quickly. I had one package and one letter to drop off, and it was all handled quickly, with friendly service. No complaints at all! read more

It's a good place to buy stamps and mail packages. Depending on when you get there, be prepared to wait in line. You can also use the self-service option. The people there are usually pretty friendly, but do be prepared for long waits. When you leave, it can be a hassle to turn left onto 122nd street. When there is big-time traffic you mIght want to turn right then turn around. read more

This Post Office is very dysfunctional. I had my mail on hold for 7 days. The day it all was to be delivered to me, it did not arrive. I only received 2 pieces of junk mail. I knew that would not represent 5 business days of mail held for me so I went to the Post Office on 122nd and asked them to check. He went to the back and looked twice and found no mail of mine. Then he called the carrier who said he had delivered what there was. Then two days later -- on a Sunday --- all of my missing mail was delivered. As if that was not bad enough the following day, Monday, I received 7 pieces of mail with other names and addresses on them. They were for 5 different people - in the house next to me and two houses up the street. When I call the Post Office to report this, they do not answer! How to handle this??? read more

SECOND time now my mail has been opened. When you get envelopes at the post office it gets scanned through a machine first before going in the car. To insure everything is good. She I know the mail was open in between it leaving the post office and it coming to my apartment. This is a Felony and this post office refuses to answer my calls. This is one of the worst post offices I've dealt with, nobody knows what's going on. And they're either understaffed or lazy. I walked in at 13:30( 1:30pm)on a Thursday afternoon and three people were helping one gal, her problem gets resolved and all three leave the lobby; leaving me there for around 5 minutes before someone comes out to help me. I had a slip in my mail saying that there's a package waiting for me at the post office (after 8/30) so I go in on 8/31 and am told that there's nothing there for me and they are deeply suspicious of the slip that I have. Like I somehow forged a re delivery slip or something?? The older guy helping me runs to the back several times for one thing or another and I'm in like for 15 minutes while a queue starts behind me. Do they bring anyone else out to help? NOPE, might change my review when my package shows up if they wow me. But doubtful. read more

I am so frustrated I had a mailbox key that was in a car that was wrecked and it took a great deal of time to be able to get access to the car to get my mailbox key and I contacted the post office because they left me a notice that I had an item I needed to sign for but they didn't re-deliver it. When I went to the post office the item wasn't there either. Then they said they would send the postman around to deliver my mail directly to my door since I couldn't get access to my mailbox. He never showed up. I did get the key to my mailbox from the car at the wrecking yard. I went and open my mailbox and there's no mail in it at all and it's been two weeks. Where is my mailman? Very bad within this last year. I don't know what's been going on with the mail carrier but there have been times where I have seen him put mail in the boxes then leave shortly after I've gone out to get my mail I've had notices in there saying sorry we missed you I was home all along then I have found a couple of certified mail in my box still I'm home nobody has knocked on my door it's been really bad has cost me a lot of trouble through the courts.This has not occurred because of the COVID-19 either. I had certified mail in my box and which was supposed to have gotten to me four or five months ago now I have to deal with a lawyer. read more

I came here on december 18th early in the morning to get that holiday chex mix sent off to family in Michigan. Only two people in front of me so I was already winning. The woman who helped me was in such a great mood and when I commented on that she informed me that she always is and why wouldn't she be? Her attitude shaped my mood for the entire day into a positive one. I could not imagine having to put up with all of us in a place like this so having a great attitude can really shift the mood. This woman was also working today 12-21 at the airport location as I shipped off some stuff to save Christmas for our 9 year old neighbor just an hour before closing and she still had a great attitude. I have called that office multiple times, spoken with different ppl and am basically told that I'll get a call back once they've looked into it. NOT ONE PERSON from that office has called me. It's been a week now since package worth more than 100 dollars was "delivered" but I never got it and I feel like it's pulling teeth trying to get any help. They sent me a message saying they had delivered my package to a postal locker that is supposed to be under our mails slots. I went to check for the package about an hour later, and there was no key in my mail slot. Either they did not leave me the key for the locker, did not in-fact deliver my package, or they gave my key to another resident. I have tried calling several times and they are not answering the phone. It goes straight to operator, rings for ten minutes, then cuts me off with a busy tone. Very displeased at this point, and not happy that they have managed to somehow goof this up. I'll be even more displeased if they delivered my package to the wrong resident and I still end up having to pay for it. read more

This post office is the worst run one in the country. The supervisor will lie to you just to get you to leave. The city changed my address and I stopped receiving mail completely, even though I was having packages shipped to me with the new address. I visited this location 4 times in 2 days and the supervisor said he didn't know why I wasn't receiving mail. All packages and mail returned. So now I can't get ANY mail whatsoever. By far worst experience with a post office. My mailbox was full and is often full because they cram all of my mail and a bunch of ads into a tiny box. Then when I get a small package you said it can't fit and return it. I tracked a package and saw it was going to be returned after trying to deliver at 1:30pm. I called the post office at 2:00pm and the guy said he talked to the carrier and said "Your box is always full so he marked it return to sender. It's too late and he put a new label on it." They haven't delivered our mail to our apartment complex since November 21st 2019 because some boxes were being broken into. The boxes have been fixed since December 19th 2019 and still no mail. I've filed SEVERAL CLAIMS both with the USPS and also Consumer affairs, nothing has been done. Needless to say our Christmas wasn't the merriest because no mail or packages were delivered. When you drive out to the Post Office they tell you that you have no mail because they don't want to stand there and go through the all the backed up mail. This is ridiculous. This is the office that delivers my mail. You know, the mail I found in my neighbor's yard, several times. Also, the office that delivers my neighbor's mail from two streets over to me, multiple times. We live on different streets but because we have the same house number we get theirs, which we send on, and I think they get ours and keep it, because we never see some mail that we are expecting. Over the last year dozens of pieces of mail have disappeared, been delivered to my neighbour's lawn, or just dumped in the street. This office is the best reason to go paperless ever. read more

This USPS is like any other, except it's always in some mangled condition - nothing is stocked, items are scattered all over, holiday packaging is out in the middle of June, sticky residue on the surfaces from labels, no pens, and so on. No music, like other locations seem to have. The line CRAWLS along and often stretches out the doors at the end of business hours and some of the staff members move as slow as molasses, regardless of how busy it gets. BOO! But, there is one gentleman there, probably in his early 50s, that's very sweet. He looks grumpy, but he smiles and chats with you once you approach him. He's the one redeeming quality keeping it at 2 star rather than 1, and he's there almost all the time. The other staff members, though, are fairly unprofessional, rude, and slow. This is the cheapest place to ship, especially textbooks. I usually spend $3-4 on a bigger textbook, where FedEx or UPS charge anywhere from $7-11 minimum. read more

Can I give zero in my review ? I have been using this facility for 30+ years and it has never improved. Service is always poor. Some of the employees are very rude and condescending. They don't even know the postage needed for say a postcard? last time I was there I was I was told postcard postage was a forever stamp, wow. Right now I am trying to locate an important package that went to the wrong address (not their fault) the web site is awful and the phone customer service is a joke. first I was asked if I wanted to take a survey of my call & then I was told expected wait time was 1 hour and 6 minutes...really you want feedback??? I could go on and on about this place, they are a revealing example of why they are in a financial hole. They tried to deliver my package yesterday while I was out running errands and wouldn't leave it at my door. Mind you, it doesn't require a signature. Also their tracker never said it was even out for delivery! So I call to have them redeliver it for today. I was out of town for 6 weeks and had my mail held. When I went to pick it up they said I had no mail. You can imagine my eye balls and mouth drop.
