I've had many issues with the mail lady refusing to deliver my packages and leaving the "sorry we've missed you" slip in my mail box even though I'm home 24/7. Pleas to redeliver have been ignored and I'm continually inconvenienced to have to travel to the post office to physically pick up my mail, often time sensitive business packages, which puts a strain on my day to day operations. It would be great if the mail lady could please deliver my packages professionally and correctly to my front door as instructed for I do not wish to inconvenience their work flow with official complaints to the post master and world rather us both be able to operate efficiently. Yes, this is where local people pick up their mail (there is no home delivery). You should find out the hours in advance. The large post offices in Hilo have longer hours; the rural post offices that serve only a thousand people have reduced hours (for economic reasons) but short or no lines. Plus the clerks get to know you by name.

HFS had my goods picked up in Auburn, CA and within a few days they were on their way across the ocean, arriving in a week! I had shipped my household goods back and forth to the mainland a few years ago, but I was blown away by the service, expediency, and professionalism of HFS. I picked up my small shipment at Tri Isle in Wailuku and the excellent service continued. My items were safe and the process was seamless and I was very impressed by the health and safety measures taken by this company during these challenging times.
