This post office is not so COVID friendly (aka the line usually wraps around the inside and interferes where the entrance/exit is), but lines always move fast and there's usually more than one person working at a time. The staff is very friendly and have been very helpful when I need to ship out my packages. The only downside to this post office is the location, since it's located on a busy avenue and street parking isn't always an option. Other than that, great service every time! read more

When I arrived, I was the only customer there. One star for no wait time, however, I went at about 2pm on a weekday. There were 4 employees at the windows but they were chatting with each other. I made eye contact with at least two of them and they continued to chat, ignoring my presence. I waited in line, with no one else in front of me for about ten minutes until they finished their convo. Very unprofessional even for USPS. Parking: metered street parking or parking in the back. Even though it can get crowded, one star for accessible parking. Customer service: extremely lacking. Don't expect a friendly face or expect someone with basic manners to assist you. Overall, it's a USPS. Go and get what you need done and unfortunately don't expect much. read more

Horrible service, i went there to pick up my certified mail because the mailman didnt knock on my door and just left a notice thru my mailslot telling me to go post office to pick it up. Im sure he didnt knock because i was sitting in my living room watching the mailman slip the notice throught the slot and hearing him talking on the phone will slipping it thru. And when i got to the post office and tried to notify the manger. I had to wait for along time just to tell her the situation. I end up leaving wihout getting to see her cuz after asking the tellers i want to see her 3 times she still didnt come out. The lady i was waiting to see was Selena. Letter carriers and parcel post carriers are magnificent. The same cannot be said for most-but not all-staff at the post office itself. Managers are seldom available when there is a delivery problem, some window staff are bone idle ignorant. when you finally get a manager, they cannot keep their story straight and, even worse, they fail to follow through with what they do say. I had a package misdelivered, the manager on duty said (on May 8) she's send a letter stating what had happened. It's now June 20th and I've not received the letter. 5 stars for the branch only. My mailman is a completely different matter. I had called the branch last week because after two days of my hold mail finishing, I still have not received my mail. I guess my mailman was making up for the first two days of my hold where he delivered mail. Anyways, I called the branch and Jermaine was so helpful. He found my mail and apologized for the mix up. I also asked him to look for a package that tracking hadn't updated for over a week. When he confirmed it wasn't at the office he said he'll try and track it down. He called me back to tell me that it seems as if it never left the originator's post office in Texas and to have the sender call her branch. The sender said she would send me a new one assuming it was lost. Today (a week since I called) Jermaine left me another message telling me that they found my original package and it was out for delivery. I must say I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that he went out of his way today to let me know my package was being delivered. read more

A short 12 minute wait and my parcel was on its way to first class mail to El Salvador. I have to admit that a 9 ounce parcel was $15.40 and this was just a document. So i say this is rather pricey and it will arrive within a week. The clerk was friendly and very nice and informative to advise me on all the paper work and forms required for documents shipped overseas and or international mail. I just wish this location had more clerks to move the line faster.. read more

Came here to pick up a package for a friend in the area. This post office is located near a plaza. Theres a lot of parking in the back of the post office. The building is pretty big and has enough people to service you. They work fast too. I didn't stay long at this location to have anything bad to say about it. I would use it again if I have to. read more

She is particularly unpleasant to deal with. Normally been able to get in even two minutes before closing. Was turned away with that much left. Seems they lock the doors five minutes before closing hour. Need to replace the whole staff with people who actually care for customers. I just visited this post office to pick up a package and was very nervous expecting the worse based on the past reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. It was 4:30 but the line was surprisingly short. The workers sounded courteous to customers before me. I got the dreaded African American lady others talked about and unless she was someone different previously described, she was absolutely lovely! She was fast and efficient and very pleasant. I was there no more than 7- 10 minutes! I hope this will be the future norm for this post office. (I was previously in customer service for one of the utility companies and truth be told sometimes customers can bring out the worst in you and ruin your day and affect your mood for the next customer). read more

Avoid at all costs. Seriously. I can't say for sure on all the scales, but the scale used for my package was way off. Probably shows a weight increase of +20%. I am absolutely certain my packages weighed in at 5.6lbs, and another at 1.8 lbs. I have 2 professional bakers in the family, I ship often from home, needless to say there are several accurate scales around, I'm talking accurate to the milligram kind of scales. So if you're shipping with this location, you're pretty much throwing money away. I went to drop off my two packages, already prepaid, the lady scanned the first package. 8lbs, 3oz!!!. the next package 2lbs, 7oz. Needless to say, she didn't accept my prepaid packages. I went home baffled and confused. Took out 4 different scales. weighed both packages on each. 5.6lbs, 1.8lbs. Wasn't gonna bother trying to argue with them, so I easily dropped them off with Staples shipping center. read more

I usually have labels on my packages already but not today because I didn't know how to go about mailing a package like that... and this lady let me know what's up and talk crap behind the glass about not having labels on packages. Three windows, three people. * Efficient line, moves fast * Every sort of packaging you need to mail something is available before you get on the line CONS: * Grumpy-for-no-reason workers * No customer service etiquette, they talk to you as if you're stupid and/or don't understand English * They will recite policy with an attitude - seen them treat people horribly and yell procedures at them like they are stupid * NO WORKING PENS! This is a must in the post office. None of their pens on all three table were functional. NONE. The heck?! This is easily the worst run organization on the planet. I now understand the term "go postal" and why those postal employees go crazy. I support the end of the post office and a privatized system. Kramer was onto something when he stopped getting mail. The post office itself is whatever inside as far as them handling packages but if you are serviced by the USPS (particularly this branch) expect there to be like a 35% chance your mail will end up somewhere else. Before this last batch of mailmen there were pretty good carriers, but the last 2-3 years they have been hiring complete idiots and incompetent workers. Literally (like actually literally) EVERY SINGLE DAY I get the mail of all my neighbors in my co-op complex and they get mine. Mail trading has become like a courtyard pastime amongst the residents of my community. They purposely do not pick up the phone, the station manager doesn't want to lift a finger when you go there, and the straw that broke the camels back was when I was home when they delivered what was seemingly important tax documents for one of my neighbors and as when I saw the mail drop in my slot I opened the door and told the carrier that this was someone else's mail and she in an annoying fashion asked me what the house number was I told her and she said oh that's over there and pointed at it and walked away as if she didn't want to be bothered. It's made me paranoid about getting important mail. I'm seriously considering not paying my taxes anymore because it bothers me deeply that even 1 penny of my money goes to this joke of an organization. read more

Last week a notice was left regarding attempt to deliver a parcel. I called to see if I can find out who the package was from since it wasn't noted on the USPS tag. The rep on the phone noted that the package had not been scanned and couldn't tell me where it was from. I went online on Sept 17th and completed request to have parcel re-delivered on Saturday, Sept 19th. To my surprise they attempted delivery on Friday, the 18th. I went to the post office on Saturday to pick it up and they couldn't find it. Postal worker assumed it was out for delivery when I explained to her that I requested re-delivery that day. Well, guess what, no show. Now there is a message online telling me I have until Oct 1st to pick it up. The tag doesn't even note if signature is required just my name, address and tracking number.
