Went back to the window, and she said sharply, "NO! the xyz form!" I didn't know what on earth she meant, so I said, "fine, I'll just go somewhere else." Realizing that I didn't have time to drive to another post office, I went back inside. By now, there was a line. My husband went up to her window and asked which forms I needed, and she barked at him, too. Then she started yelling at me, and I yelled back, and it was a totally awful scene, I've never lost my temper in public in my life, but here I was, this crazy 78-YO lady shouting across the room in the post office. There was only one time it took my package to be delivered after 2 weeks (due to Pandemic of COVID 19). I appreciate all the hard works they have committed to even during pandemic time. Besides, they have amazing money transfer service to VN too. If you send your family some amount of money on Monday morning or afternoon, they will definitely receive it on that same Monday in the late evening. And that is all I expect!
