I brought it to this Emeryville location and Vanessa helped me out. She determined that it was faulty hardware so she called the location in SF where I got it made and coordinated with them to get it remade in LA (where I live). The banner not functioning properly was a really stressful situation for me (as a business owner) but I felt very supported by Vanessa and I felt like someone had my back. In my experience, this is really hard to find, especially in big companies like Fedex. She went above and beyond, provided excellent customer support, and really helped me out. I hope the team does something to recognize her service!
