Absolutely ridiculous. Purchased a new mail key and it didn't even fit my mailbox. Paid 40 dollars for a rude lady and the wrong key. They don't answer their phones either. Have called SIX TIMES and they either answer and immediately hang up or don't answer at all and disconnect the line. Beyond pissed! read more

I will never go back to this USPS location for any reason. I took a package in to shipout and the person who was at the desk had no idea how to do her job. She asked the other clerk to help her with the person before me. That took 10 minutes. Then when I get up to her window she starts arguing with me about the item being perishable. I stated it was not perishable just fragile. Went back and forth and I told her I'm not arguing with her. Who does that to a customer. Then she was incompetent about shipping. She gives me a quote of $36 to ship and I said there's no way its that much to ship. So she starts arguing again about the shipping charge. I finally said just give me the package back. So rude and cant do her job. To high tech for her. So I went to cottleville post office and shipped it out with them and shipping was $15.02. The one person at church street needs to be fired. I called and supposedly talk to someone in charge at church street and they were useless as well. Didnt want to hear about their incompetent useless people who should have a class on how to deal with the public. This is the second person at that location who has a bad attitude with the public. Way to go screening your employees. She should be fired. Never going back there as gain. read more

When my regular mail carrier is working things are great. When he's off a lot of times we don't even get mail, and if we do there is mail missing and we get tons of wrong mail. We have complained to the Post Office supervisor just to get the run around we have complained to Kenny the route supervisor over and over. I try to get any packages through UPS or Fedex anything but the Post Office because their service is went so far down hill I don't think there is any coming back. The day's of the mail running like a well oiled watch are a thing of the past, they don't have the grit the old carrier's had. read more

Had a package transferred here by UPS. USPS claims to have delivered it, yet I haven't received the actual package. They now claim my package must have been stolen, when we have never had an issue in our complex for over a year & have zero people randomly passing through. Said they would check with the driver & call me back, haven't heard a word in two days. Glad my $130 package is lost for absolutely no reason with zero help at all. We've had other packages in the same day that don't "get stolen" or "disappear". USPS lost it plain & simple, & they don't want to admit it. read more

Very slow shipping, and packages get delayed unnecessarily./I would go with fedex or ups but sometimes these aren't available. I've had a package be in the my city and not be delivered days later when it only 10 minute away from my home, plus the tracking system is terrible in comparison. Also packages get marked as if the was an obstruction to the mailbox when visibly there nothing blocking it, they just skip delivering mail. Its upsetting to say the least. read more

Customer service here is the worst of any place I've seen. I've had an ongoing dispute with a new mail carrier (a temporary). He came by one time where my young daughter had our dog temporarily off the leash. The dog has lived here 6 years and never been a problem with our regular carrier nor any other carrier. When the dog barked at him, he became agitated...dropped the packages in the driveway and yelled at my daughter. After issuing the complaint about the yelling he is no longer delivering any packages to my residence. Due to the fact that as a consumer, I am forced to use the USPS I issued a second complaint when packages stopped coming even when the dog was inside the house. Now whenever this carrier has a package for our home, he will mark it as 'animal interference' before it even leaves the post office. I issued a third complaint today to manager Kayla. She informed me that as long as the dog lives the USPS does not have to ever deliver packages to our home. Bear in mind that I understand that a mail carrier's safety is important...but all the dog did was bark. This behavior by this one carrier is nothing short of retalitatory. I find it difficult to believe that the USPS can refuse to deliver (especially being a monopoly on this service) whenever a dog barks at them and end consumers have no path to rectify and resolve the situation. In addition, Kayla was rude..unprofessional and straight-out refused to offer to rectify the situation in any way. I will continue to escalate this issue in every way and in every channel I can as I refuse to be held hostage by the USPS. read more

Mail delivery personnel are amazing, however workers AND supervisors at this location lack customer service skills to the fullest extent. I recently had a package shipped via UPS. Apparently it was 'undeliverable' so it was being held at the post office AFTER I called around to track it down. I attempted 10+ times to contact someone at the post office before driving up there as it is out of my way & the phone just rings and then disconnects. I finally went up and was originally rudely cut off when telling the worker my tracking number. So I explained what was going on and she called for a supervisor. Waited over 15 min for her to show up. My package IS indeed at the post office but somehow can't be located. I was told by the supervisor that it would be delivered the next day (today) and she would call me around 0915 with an update. Well, it's now 1130 and no call and SHOCKER - when I call, nobody answers. Mail has been delivered, SHOCKER, no package. I would give this place 0 stars if I could!!!!!!! read more

On a weekly basis, the driver drives right past my house without stopping. Wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have my flag up and mail in my box to be picked up. This has happened over 5 times in the last 3 weeks.Many of the items I have in my box for pickup are time sensitive and I'm unable to get to anywhere else to drop them in a mailbox. When I call the post office at 6362723811 to file a complaint, I was told it's because they can't get to my mailbox, which is absolutely untrue. My car is perfectly between two boxes. Plenty of room for a mail truck to get around and to my box. I live in a subdivision that has on street parking and at any given time there are a good 30-40 cars that are in our streets during mail delivery. My mailbox is not blocked. It never has been. I have never had an issue until the last few weeks. Our previous carrier never once skipped over our house to drop off our mail, even if it is one flyer of junk mail, or to pick up the mail in the box. read more
