I've been living in Norwalk for 5 years now, and this location has…read moreconsistently screwed up. - They've forgotten to honor my mail hold requests when I've gone on vacation, resulting in important bills being returned as "undeliverable", 'causing headaches with those companies. - They've twice simply lost a letter or package that was sent to me and was being held at that location - Their express delivery person has left package pick up slips with the wrong post office location on the slip, causing me to run all over town trying to find my package. - In the above incident, they forgot to send the package over to the correct location first thing in the morning, 'causing my package to be lost in transit for an extra day, and killing a good chunk of my day waiting through two post office lines and waiting for staff at two locations to look for my package. The staff at the window are kind and apologetic, but the place is just grossly mismanaged. If you have something important you need to mail or send, it's worth driving farther to another location than risk allowing this location to screw something up.
