I use PostNet for managing my incoming mail. They partner with various online mail providers (e.g…read more iPostal1) through which you can pay a set fee (generally around $10 at the time of writing) to receive mail that is then processed according to your instructions (e.g. held for pickup, opened/scanned with e-mail sent to you of letter contents, forwarded to an address of your choosing). Working with online mail providers was new to them (they only started 2 months ago) and it was initially a bumpy experience (e.g. staff lacked training on how to use the new system). Based on my experiences so far, they have been open to feedback and have dramatically improved (e.g. I request a scan, I get a scanned copy of the document within the hour which is impressive and not a turnaround time I was expecting). I am now a very happy customer and the fact they are able to loop and improve bodes well about them being a provider that I trust with something deeply important to me (my personal mail).
