As others have noted, this woman is discourteous, abrupt and dismissive. We have had mail sent…read moreback, including mail order medicines, and have been charged postage due 3 times on packages that were in priority mail flat rate mailers stamped "US Postage and Fees Paid," that were sent to us as FREE SHIPPING from the merchants. On multiple occasions we got mail in our box that was addressed to other boxholders. Keep in mind, this is a very small post office, and the service issues occur year round, even in the "off season" months. We know that this is not the way the USPS conducts its business, as we have family members who have worked at the Quincy PO and Medway PO. These issues all started when the former Postmaster was displaced by the current employee. Before that, service was great.

They were also extremely careful and easy to work with. Both teams were very professional, courteous and had a sincere interest in treating my furniture as if it was their own. I…read moretried to call to speak to the Post Master, but there is only one phone number listed for all the post offices in the whole country. Jeff was working behind the counter and apparently didn't know we were in a pandemic, as he was without any PPE. Wear a mask, Jeff! He wasn't even trying to pretend to have one around his chin, or in his work station. Meanwhile, while I was there four other people came in that were in their 60s and one actually turned around and walked out after looking straight at him, and deciding it wasn't worth it. Do better USPS.

The staff here was polite but like the main Falmouth Post Office, the staff seemed overwhelmed with the rush. In the end, not a terrible Post Office but be prepared to wait for a bit.

One time I asked for a receipt when leaving a package and was told "we don't do that" .....really???? Went again to ship something overnight and was told I would be better off going to Hyannis to ship it....because that is where the real Fedex office is.....really??? I will be using UPS in East Falmouth for all things in the future. The UPS staff seem to have a really positive, can do attitude!

We requested that they package and ship some clothing for us from Cape Cod to Utah. We brought the…read moreitems in and paid for the packing and shipping. We did not see them pack the items, but felt it was straight forward. Upon receiving the package in Utah, we were presented with a mangled and taped up box. The box they utilized was a box from a sleeping bag (think of a box off of a Walmart shelf). This box was never designed for or intended to shipped across country via UPS. CCPS responded: "It does look like a reused box was used for your shipment, and also definitely looks like the box was improperly handled. We do accept and reuse boxes of good condition, and for items of clothes or other non fragile items, sometimes a reused box fits the items better." Why go to a store that specializes in shipping if they aren't going to put your stuff in a real shipping box? I would never use this business or recommend it to anyone again. Poor service, poor quality and poor value - Stay away and go to the real UPS Store!

Growing up in Falmouth I have spent a lot of time coming to and from this particular dump. This dump allows you to drop off not only grass clippings but leaves and other seasonal yard clippings at no cost. In the past this dump has been amazing because the staff was always making sure the dump piles weren't so massive that it made it difficult to drop off a load. This weekend when I visited I was a bit let down because the town has let this dump slip away a bit. The road into the dump needs to be graded and it was full of potholes. The dump piles were also so large that it made it difficult to find a safe place to drop off while not being in other people's way. Overall, this place has been much better in the past and could definitely get back to that point if the staff gave it a little TLC.
