I was very reluctant to put my items in a NON Climate controlled unit for such a long period of time but the owners suggested some very helpful ideas that has kept our belongings safe. First they told me to put plastic on the floor to create a moisture barrier. -Hmmm Concrete has moisture so if you ever stored boxes in your basement you would know what he is talking about. Second, never move items in that are damp or wet so don't move in when it is raining or snowing. Third if you plan on staying a long time through Winter & Summer, buy a bucket of Damp Rid which absorbs any moisture in the unit. All this information was explained to us by the owners so we still have valuable peaces that are not damaged at all. We love this place because of all the following: Owner answers the phone from 8am to 8pm 24 hour security They shovel in front of our doors for us all Winter It is not a Mud Hole in the Spring This place is the Best in Naples!

I mean, if it arrives at all, because Casco won't deliver mail for weeks or ever in the winter and tell you it's because they can't navigate route 302 which is apparently a well kept main road to everyone except Casco post office. Go ahead and call to complain, but the post master often sounds kind of drunk and is virtually always useless and unhelpful. I'd personally like to thank them for making it take weeks to receive mail from within the same county, ruining my birthday (you forgot to deliver mail for 4 days and most everything sent including cards and gifts was very late despite it having been mailed to me over a week earlier from addresses less than three hours drive away which is impressive,) and losing lots of mail and packages all winter long. As if it isn't terrible enough to live in Casco, this smirking blight on an already icky town should discourage anyone from moving here...unless you never ever want to receive mail again.

Unfortunately, you can't do negative stars. I wish you could this post Office clearly deserves so many negative remarks. It's ridiculous.
