I was overall very pleased with this laundromat. It has an abundant amount of machines; 18 washers…read moreand 22 driers. The washer only took 19 minutes, so even with multiple people in the building, there were plenty of empty machines. They have two sizes for each of the machines. The small washers cost ranges ($4, $5.35, $7 or 13) and the dryer is $0.50 for either 5, 7 or 8 minutes depending on which size machine you use. The facilities have folding counters inside, vending machine for snacks, vending machine for detergent/dryer sheets, a few benches and a table. There is a bathroom and Wi-Fi available as well. They have a fold and wash service available 8-4, and the rest of the establishment is open 24/7. I can't comment on the fold and wash as we did the self service stations. There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces and a bakery next door which is convenient for a snack or beverage.

Lots of dog hair and debrie in the washer and on the rubber seal. And the four Washers to the right all had finished wash loads that were done but still in the washer. So I had to move up to a more expensive washer. There is a attendant that does the commercial side as this is also a fluff n fold. To her credit, she wiped out the dirty washer. But the full ones blocking the next user remained Till my clothes were washed and dried and folded. People do leave and return. No waiting indoors. Sign says mask required, for all. No coins here, credit cards only. There are chairs out side and a bakery next door with very good coffee. So it's easy to wait....

I'm a nurse and for extra income I get a summer cottage ready. I had blankets and sheets for 8…read morerooms and some extra. Two of the three machines I used didn't even wash the linens. They didn't even get the linens completely wet. When I reported to a worker she said she would go get lead Person. This short brunette came out. She didnt even want to touch the sheet that had just come out of the wash. She said "it's slightly damp". I said, " that's barely damp." I tried to show her the folded up pillow case that wasn't even wet in middle and she walked away saying there was nothing they could do. When I said, "I wouldn't be coming back. She said, " doesnt do anything to me." Washers 69,66. She didn't even check the washers To see if there was an issue. I guess she is waiting for more people to have issues. An older woman was leaving and she had overheard. She had same issue on other side row and no one helped her either. So what to do with the stuff that didn't wash thoroughly well I had to use the washer that did work. But all of it was a time suck and down $14 for Machines that didn't clean. Plus paying extra $15 to wash again. I come twice a year and I've had An issue before with a machine but the attendant was helpful. Not so much today

Downside it is on the main road and getting in and out can be a pain depending on which way you are going. They have onsite washing and drying, Full-size washers and dryers along with smaller ones. They have a few carts for the machines which is good to avoid clutter but can be a bit annoying if they are all taken. They have a smart link system that connects the washers and such with a digital system. So that is extremely helpful if you don't carry coins or cash. I have not dealt with the dry cleaning portion of the building as of yet. I have heard mostly good things from people that have. The staff that I have limited contact with are kind and helpful There is limited seating on the inside so be ready to sit in your car. (Which some people prefer) Washing and drying times are very reasonable. The inside of the building is well kept. There is out front parking but very Limited. The outback is bigger and semi-well Lit.

Whaaaaat happened to this place?…read more For the last ten years of living in the neighborhood, this has been the tried and true, best ever laundromat in existence. Elvis lamp, cute dogs, super nice people? Coin machine, places to sit, brightly lit, parking outside? What's not to like?? I had a day-ruiningly bad experience here this morning. Laundry gives me crazy anxiety. Don't ask me why. It simply does. It's stressful living in a city and on the 4th floor of a walk up and trying to finagle laundry and quarters and carrying things with spaghetti arms! I digress. Usually Soap Bubble is fabulous in helping my frantic anxiety ass when I can't get the card readers to work, or I need advice on which machine to use for whichever size load I have that day (generally gigantic). Today, the card reader on the washing machine wasn't working - this happens to me quite a bit. I tried two cards, swiping in several ways, and probably 15 times they said declined. I know these cards work- I've used them here on these machines a zillion times! The last time this happened to me, I went up to the counter, and the employee was so kind, per usual. They came over and swiped it with their magic touch, and it worked. They didn't make me feel bad at all. It seemed like a regular thing that happens to everybody! This morning I approached the attendant on duty, who I had not seen before. I let her know that my silly ass couldn't get the card reader to work, and asked for some help. She came over to the machine and WAS SO. BRUTALLY. MEAN. I swiped the card and she said, "You're swiping it wrong. You're swiping it wrong. Why would you swipe it like that? Is that how you swipe it at the grocery store?" Not in a joking way... in a very rude, almost-made-me-cry way. Like, why am I being bullied at the laundromat right now? Anyway, she helped me by letting me pay at the computer desk. All while being the rudest lady. I don't get it. Why work in customer service when you despise human beings? I'm too sensitive, and I'm sure everyone else would brush this off. But before I went my boyfriend did joke, "Careful of that lady, she is... testy. Try to avoid that." So, she has a reputation. Laundry is already a no-fun chore that causes many of us stress. Why add to it and make your customers feel stupid and like a burden? Especially when they're being kind???? Sorry to be lame. Just like, WTF. Now I have even more anxiety around laundry, because I have to worry about being yelled at by the Soap Bubble employee. C'mon guys!!!!
