I'm not sure how many people read Yelp reviews regarding a post office. It's not like you can go anywhere else that does only what a post office does. I thought I reviewed this once before, but obviously I passed on the opportunity. I think at that time, I would have scored this post office a 1 or 2 star. They seem to be way understaffed for this type of demographic. The first time I was there, there were only 2 people at the counter. The lady I dealt with at the time was pretty nasty. This time was different. There were still only 2 people at the counter, but they were much friendlier and helpful. I only had a simple identity verification that needed to be done at the post office. I hadn't been inside a post office in years. Surprised to see they sell Hallmark greeting cards as well as many other accessories. They also had more automated kiosks. read more

On 5/6/25 I asked the customer service rep for two books of Betty White stamps. I was told they were discontinued. She lied. I found and ordered them online via USPS. The quality of the worker was horrible. Now I see why nobody else was in line. Hope she was disciplined. read more

Moorestown Post Office April 24, 2023 Well much to my surprise I had the most enjoyable experience here today. I had stopped going to My Moorestown Post Office due to the most unpleasant employees here. Due to the bridge being closed I was not able to get to the Maple Shade Post Office. Held my breath and ventured to Moorestown. Much to my surprise Clerk 49 greeted me with a smile and SO helpful. unfortunately, I did not ask his name. Will be sure to do that next time. read more

Each occasion that I use the postal mail hold service, I receive mail during the hold period. I write several postal agencies to inform them that a hold is in place and requesting they honor the hold. The excuse I get each time I complain about this issue is that the mail was delivered by a substitute carrier. read more

This is why people hate going to the post office. They had locked the dropbox to drop off pre-paid packages so I had to wait in line while the two slowest customer service reps took their time scanning in packages, etc. After a 35 minute wait in line, the sales associate told me that she didn't think there was enough tape on my label. Since they don't provide tape for any reason, I had to purchase tape. If I wasn't mailing a Poshmark package which has to go through USPS, I would have walked out. read more

I went there today for the first time. If I had control over where my deliveries would go, it definitely wouldn't be there. The customer service came off as uncooperative and dismissive and no matter how many times I called their phone number, no one answered and the calls would result in a busy signal. Now I'm currently waiting on hold with customer service again for something I tried to resolve 24 hours ago, despite a previous representative sending an inquiry about the ongoing issue. I received an email today stating that the issue was "resolved" yet I'm still dealing with it and my delivery is now in limbo. Never taking my business there again. read more

Often times things in the mail get mixed up and you get the tub around and get pulled down a rabbit hole of phone number after phone number and this is no different. Every time I have had an issue I've been told to call mount laurel and everyone I call NOBODY ever answers the phone. Unknowingly I was tired of getting. I thing but a dial tone and I went to the post office only to find out that it was a warehouse but still was met with horrible customer service. They need to do better read more

I know the post office..in general..doesnt care about customers. We never ship packages..we use ups. But have no control over when soneone else uses them. I had a package out for delivery...the postman/lady lied and said could not access residence. A joke...live on a residential street..driveway..no obstruction. Said be delivered next day. Next day no package and say after that (today) no package. My husband called our usps 08057 and found out 08054 delivers sundays. Les calls 08054 for us and they say they sent package back to belmar?? And Les has no clue why. Called again today..Les says 08054 just dropped off at my post office. So..08054..another lie. What were they just going to steal..get rid of it so they don't have to do their job and deliver. No wonder postal service going under. Wish we could have fedex or ups deliver mail..it would get here! read more

OK, so I KNOW how popular the USPS appears to be, especially around the Holidays when you wait in line an hour to ship a package. Worse when you have to pickup mail on vacation hold. We had our house mail on vacation hold for a week and the yellow vacation hold card specifically said "WE WILL PICKUP ALL MAIL UPON OUR RETURN!" So after a 40-minute wait in line (2 windows open not the usual 3), our turn is next, only to be told, sorry, all your mail on hold was delivered to your tiny 6" square box on a pedestal mailbox stand shared by about 10 homes. Really!? WTF! Then it gets better (worse). We're missing a couple days of mail -- bills (like our mortgage bill, and a Macy's bill)! Yikes!!! We finally get copies from our bank (and landscaper bill was missing too). Then we visit the PO on January 3 to buy stamps at the window and guess what?? Yup!!! Our missing mail was found mysteriously still in the Vacation Hold slot they use to hold mail! So I guess this moron Postal Worker was too lazy to check 2 weeks ago and just said, no mail, all delivered! To add insult to injury: I posted this review on a Mount Laurel Community Facebook page and received over 40 replies, all negative reviews/horror stories about this ML PO. That made my day! read more

Always a pleasant experience when not too crowded to visit the counter service people...LILIA is ALWAYS the BEST!!!

The mail lady is so lazy. She doesn't want to deliver packages on Mondays or Fridays. Whenever I track my USPS PACKAGES, they are out for delivery all day, then after 6 pm I get a notice that the "mailbox is black caked" "no access to mailbox" even though packages get delivered right to the front door of apartment and NOTHING IS BLOCKING THW WAY. I can't wait till all the last people retire and make way for other people who need a fckn job and don't complain about walking across the grassy knoll to drop off a 2lbs package. read more

Been here a couple times and have received wonderful service from the women behind the counter. Knowledgeable and courteous.

Lazy delivery guy. We pay for the fast delivery and they don't ring the bell, they don't knock on our door, they just leave. Was here whole sunday waiting for my package and guess what, never came. My status was DELIVERED ON MAILBOX and my mailbox was opened, with NOTHING INSIDE. Worst place, worst people EVER. Stay away from them. read more

I've been going to this location for many years. It constantly feels like it is going down hill in quality and fast. Employees are arrogant and obnoxious. They make it seem like they dont want your business. Also be careful when bringing a prepaid and boxed item ready to ship. They will tell you the tracking label is not enough or find something wrong with it when there isnt really. The line wait is ridiculous. I recieved a certified mail that I rescheduled online. I stayed home all day long to wait for the re-delivery and it never showed up. I took a day off of work. A DAY OFF OF WORK. These guys have only 1 job. Deliver the mail. Why when I went through the proper process to have this item re-delivered did it not show up? No notice of non-delivery, no effort to deliver at all. This is ridiculous. Somebody needs to be replaced here. It looks like Jonathan D. Ungerleider has had this job way too long and does not really care about the service at this office. Way too many complaints on this site. Time to start hiring!!! read more

This has been the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. I have had numerous issues with packages not being delivered by the carrier when they say they were or mail not being held when requested or being held and misplaced. If you ask where something is or why it wasn't delivered I've heard excuses like "don't make a hold request online it doesn't work" (then why is it an option!! And it worked the last time!!) and "the carrier is a little shy and doesn't like to deliver the packages". Some of the employees are friendly at the desk, but most just seem miserable. Often times it's one woman working and two others complaining about how something isn't working. Usually when I'm there other customers are there trying to fix an issue or can't be helped by the people behind the counter because they don't know how to fix it. Recently I was there and someone was trying to buy priority stamps. They were out of priority stamps and no one had any idea when they'd have more because the one person who does them was out. This is 2018 and the usps has gone to crap. Someone needs to take it over and reorganize. Obviously it isn't being managed well and the employees all dislike working there. They have to make excuses for other employees mistakes and don't have the resources needed. Sending a letter or package shouldn't be so difficult. Moorestown wasn't much better, but Haddon Heights has always been a pleasant experience. read more
