Customer service is good, however several of us living in CH did not receive letters sent over the holidays and NO ONE answers the phone.

We had a snow storm over the weekend and they have not delivered mail yet on sat,mon,Tuesday. What happened to delivery rain sleet or snow. And no one answers the phone to help us understand. I would drive there to get my mail if i needed to. But all the money we pay in taxes and that they get paid this is not exceptable. They need better help. I've gone to this post office a handful of times. There are always lines and they move very slowly. There is normally a friendly man working the counter though! The shipping rates have increased significantly over the past few years, so it is expensive to send anything over a pound. read more

They received a package for me that was to be shipped to my local post office in Baton Rouge. The package never left the Cherry Hill post office and they marked it delivered to me. Nothing listing my local post office. Somehow they received my package and who knows where they put it. Know where they didn't put it? At my local post office or my mailbox. Service is horrible. The Post Office is never a fun place to go, and you can almost always expect a line. And while this Post Office location isn't super fun, and normally has a line- they do have something that most other post offices do not, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Each time I've come here, I've been greeted promptly by a friendly worker who has quickly helped me do whatever I'm there for. This post office is worth going out of your way for. They have plenty of parking and offer PO boxes. They also have a decent amount of shipping supplies and gift cards for purchase here. read more

March 18,2024 I moved from Cherry Hill New Jersey. I went to the Cherry Hill NJ Post Office and physically completed a change of address form prior to moving. I handed the form to a USPS associate at the counter. I moved to Mays Landing, NJ. As of May 18, 2024 I have yet to receive ANY forwarded mail including my magazines. A friend sent a card to my Cherry Hill address (after I changed my address) and the card was sent back to her, then she sent it to me (with the no forwarding address sickers on the envelope) at my Mays Landing address. The process took 7 weeks. This is unacceptable. I personally notified people and companies of my new address and I have received their mail. I believe the Cherry Hill NJ Post Office neglected to process my change of address. Therefore, I submitted a change of address form at my Mays Landing Post Office. Jane read more

One of the few post offices that I am aware of that is open 24x7 for services. USPS gets a lot of grief, but when you really think of all that they have to take care of, for the low price for packages, a pretty good deal. read more

Richard from The marlkress location is so slow, unorganized , inept and should not hold a customer service position for the USPS. Three people in front of me, 20 minutes later. I had to tell him to put his mask up. At one point he said he had to catch his breath and went in the back and came back out and said " this f-ing virus". He entered the address to where my package was going three times until he got it correct. He needs to be fired !! read more

Just another usps, nothing so special about it. But their customer service is really great and better than other locations in this area. I have always had a nice experience at this location and I usually prefer coming to this location rather than any other location. It's nice and clean inside and they have ample parking space also. read more

Awful. I have been in line for 45 minutes and there is only 1 worker. One guy has taken 25 min of that time. No seats for older adults to sit. I have to pick up my cousin's ashes or I would leave. read more

Nothing against these post offices we walk into. My problem just occurred this way: I sent an overnight package (they can't guarantee anything else). $27 guarantees it gets there by 3 pm or my money back. It got there a day late. Went to get my money back. Online doesn't work. Called phone number. Long hassle. I go through it. Then, "wait for next available agent. Your wait time is between an hour 40 minutes & an hour 50 minutes!! This is at 10:15 on a typical Thursday. I have always been a big fan of the Post Office. But who can stay on hold that long. That's absurd. And I tried calling customer service but you can only respond to what they offer you to respond to. read more

Like this place always easy to come and go, hardly ever had a problem. There is an older female employee that is a headache every time I come, but I am avoiding coming to her counter. When sHe goes to another store she complains about her fellow coworkers or watches movies. I wish I had a job like that! Everyone else iss great and pleasant to deal with. Every time I go to the post office, my family and I are offended because the customer service is awful. Today, we had enough. The woman snatched our envelopes right out of my mom's hand before we tried to ask a question. And when we were just about to ask our question, she cut us off. I calmly tried asking another question, and she rolled her eyes and sharply cut me off as if she were annoyed and asked, "What do you need?" My parents are not 100% fluent in English, so obviously they have some trouble communicating. Whether I go with my mom or dad, the people working there are extremely rude about their speaking skills. That's why I go with them, thinking that they will be nicer. However, nothing gets better. For example, the woman asked my mom, "Stamps???!?!?!?!?!?!?" (Also, she could've asked, "Would you guys like stamps?") Even I couldn't understand what the context of "stamps" was, so my mom asked politely, "Excuse me?" The woman was extremely impatient and asked the same thing in the same way and added a "sheesh" as well as an eyeroll. When we went today, there were only 4 or 5 people in line, which is definitely not busy, compared to what I've seen in the past. Still, the woman "helping" us rushed us and slammed our envelopes (which by the way contained official documents). And when a friend of hers came walking in the door, she "set" aside our envelopes and yelled across the room, ignoring the face that there were human beings (us) right in front of her. Regardless of whether the really loud yelling annoyed me or not, I was extremely offended because she continued on with her conversation without paying attention to us. I tried asking her a question, and she ignored me about 3 times, so I just decided not to ask. I usually only review restaurants and when I do, I positively review them with 5 stars. However, after going to this post office multiple times, I was extremely fed up with the terrible customer service. Worse, this is the only one my family and I can go to since it's the "main center" and the fees are cheaper. But honestly, I'd rather pay extra and wait longer for packages/mail to arrive than to have to be offended. Then again, why does my family and I have to go some other post office and pay extra when the people working there are the problems? Unfortunately, I can't even say, "Don't go there," because people need to go to the post office to get business done. All I can say is be prepared to be offended. read more

Let me just begin to say I use USPS probably 3 times a week. I run a small business on the side and probably should start thinking about buying a scale and printer and do it from home but I like to get out of the office or the house and go somewhere. So I frequent at many post offices cause they are logistically located near places when I run my errands. This one in particular probably has the most miserable people I have ever met. And I mean not one person has ever been "nice" and "happy." If you do this as a profession everyday, one would think you would get over the aggravation of working with the general public. This is the post office for my area and my town. They have the worst customer service and I have dealt with post offices in NY that have a much higher volume. You can never get through on the phone lines, no answer and mailboxes are full. Mail issues with packages going back and forth between the sorting facilities causing time delays. My post man is a a little wacky. I sell on eBay and use the post office on centennial in Voorhees. They can be crowded but much better experience. They keep my business moving smoothly. The staff at Cherry Hill has ALWAYS provided outstanding service. I have asked for extra help from them at least once a week for the last year and have always been given the help with a smile; even outside during the last snow storm. KARLENE, our delivery woman is a blessing to our family. Kind,caring and thoughtful. Our other delivery person CHUCK, has the patience of a Saint! ROY, in the Cherry Hill office, was very helpful and went out of his way to provide excellent service! Tough jobs, even tougher to please everyone. It's alright. Long lines & slow service. Some workers are friendly, others grumpy. Pretty standard. Usually don't have any issues other than long wait times and the occasional grumpy rep, but recently I had a package go MIA for a few days. I had dropped it off at the bin in the lobby. Two days later they finally scanned it and i'm getting updates on the tracking. I paid for priority shipping and it was supposed have been two days for delivery. Had a change in address so seller had my package intercepted to another address in cherry hill. Tracking says intercepted but never delivered. Every day I talked to someone they said someone would call me tomorrow. It was always "tomorrow". I was very patient. Finally called again a week later after no one ever calling me back and got upset, they put me on the phone with Roy the manager who had no idea what I was talking about and told me no one communicates with him. Hours later still no call back so called again. Wait time was then 8 to 13 minutes so I decided to wait. 45 minutes later and am still on hold. I was supposed to receive an item yesterday that was shipped by a business. The email shipping/tracking information provided by the shipper contained my correct mailing address [an address I've had for the past 40+ years]. However, I did not receive the package because, as the USPS non-delivery report stated, the delivery address was incorrect. My guess is, since it was raining cats and dogs yesterday, the USPS employee did not want to get wet, and this "wrong address" report was a convenient excuse to stay dry and quit early. I filled out a forward mail form when I moved to Marlton. My mail was still being sent to my old address in Cherry Hill. I went to this post office to correct their error, and the man who called himself a manager, Roy, said that it was in the system for my mail to be forwarded and there was nothing he could do. He just made excuses. I asked him to do something since it's his job to make sure the mail carriers do their jobs. Then, he left for 20 minutes to write a note to the mail carrier and claimed it "wasn't pretty." He then gave me a phone number to reach him at if my mail still wasn't forwarded. This was the same number I had already tried calling several times and no one ever picks up and the mailbox is full. This is a game and is obviously intentional.
