I came in to get a paper notarized and Brenda was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She was making jokes that were insulting my intelligence which was completely unacceptable. I recently visited this UPS Store for an amazon return. I did not realized that I needed to package up my return ahead of time. The clerk helped me select a box that would fit my return and even offered to package it up for me. Friendly service and an easy to locate UPS location. read more

A UPS Store that advertises packing and shipping...as long as it's within what they have. 55" x 5" x 3" item that I needed shipped, they couldn't package. So a typical shipping store as long as you stay in a standard box. I would not recommend at all. I will find another location. I had to return an item I purchased online and didn't fit (GAH!). Super easy to print out a label and slap it onto the box and bring it here. There was no line, I asked 2 quick questions, questions were answered, box was dropped off, box was received on other end, easy peasy. I will say I wished they opened a lot earlier for us working folks. read more

I went into UPS Store # 6365, 1409 Marlton Pike E. Ste 168, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 on April 4, 2018 to return a product via UPS Ground shipping. I came with the items to ship, and the label. Brenda was my cashier and she was very rude and resistant in assisting me with finding the appropriate packaging to ship these items. She had a very unprofessional attitude and was not helpful in this transaction at all. I have never been so unsatisfied with customer service in general and especially with UPS whom I ship with regularly both personally and in business. I am a very patient and fair minded person considering customer service is a significant role in my employment, but this was such an unpleasant experience that I felt obligated to ensure it was addressed and notify the manager and customer relations at UPS. I really am NOT that kind of person at all, this was my first time ever even sending a complaint for any product or service if that says anything. read more

Found myself needing to send a very fragile item a long distance. It was a neon sign. I went to a number of UPS Stores only to have them decline shipping the item. At this location, Cliff (I think that was his name) agreed and was very helpful. Long story short and over 1000 miles later, the item was delivered in perfect condition. I have used this store before and it had been fine. However, I placed an online order for pick up the next day and when I called to confirm they were ready they woman told me they had not received the order. I explained that these were my mother's funeral program for her service the next day and she told me there was no order and nothing she could do. No apologies, just that the online system didn't always work. I continued to ask for options and she said the best she could do was have me bring in a copy and she would make copies of the copy. I've always dropped off postal service (usps) packages at my local ups store, and I've heard all ups stores accept usps packages. This store however did not accept my usps packages, and on top of that the cashier treated me like an idiot for trying to drop them off. read more

I was very disappointed with this UPS store. I have tried them twice and each time their customer service is lacking. First they wanted to charge me a dollar to put some tape on a box. The second time they wanted to charge me a dollar for printing out one page of a label. While I do understand that costs are going up, in the spirit of customer service I have never had a UPS store charge me for these services and I was very disappointed. I did not have a good experience at this store. My daughter received the wrong birthday gift in the mail. We were told to ship it back at no cost to us. The guy that works at this store was so rude to us. He wouldn't even give us a piece of tape or a stapler to seal the package. He wanted to charge us $1! Never print here. Their per page charge is reasonable, but they stack up on extra charges that they don't tell you about. They charge you to use their computer which is $1.99/10 min, without which you cannot print even if you go online. There is also an additional $1.50 charge for the employee to use their computer to print for you, which they will do and charge you without telling you about the charge. As a result, it cost me nearly 6 dollars to print a measly 15 pages. read more

Needed some resumes printed for my job interview in the morning and stopped by the ups store to have them printed since FEDEX Kinkos was closed. Brenda helped me decide on the right type of paper and was extremely nice and polite from start to finish. Will definitely be back for all my printing and shipping needs! read more
