    Abysmal customer service. Woman behind counter was curt, rude and not the least bit helpful. I ALWAYS try to avoid going there.

    Service is slow. I would normally submit an online order but it said that for 4 sheets of paper it…read morewouldn't be ready until the next day. So I came in to print myself in the store through self service. I find it interesting how the website was going to allow me to order a specific job yet when I went in the store I was told by the lady behind the print service desk that they were out of 11x17 card-stock matte paper. I was not told of any other options nor any other recommendations to substitute the paper I requested. It's a shame that companies hire individuals who lack the inability to provide customer solutions. I ended up asking if they sold the paper I wanted and they did. I had to buy a pack of 125 sheets of paper when I only needed four copies. This was all due to lack of supplies of the store. As I was setting up my print job, I noticed that the tray to insert card stock paper does make sense as a cabinet is blocking the tray. I had a couple of questions but everyone was preoccupied. I finally was able to get someone to help me out when the self service printer was not allowing me to preview my print before it printed. I informed the associate what was going on and he only repeated what I said, he did not inform me why the printer would not let me see a preview. I told him I wanted to see the document before it printed because I did not want to me charged for a copy that I do not want. He proceeded to tell me that it only cost $1.15 and he clicked print. I did not appreciate that. Another error came up on the system and the gentleman told me there was a problem with the printer and to move to another printer but he didn't explain why all these errors were popping up. He only instructed me to to a different printer because the one I was currently at was no longer worker. No one was able to assist me. I ended up paying for a pack of paper to print due to the lack of supplies, then couldn't even print because the printer was not working. It's interesting how easy something can be done when good customer service is provided. I went around the corner to FedEx and the gentleman there was able to print my documents in under 5 minutes with the paper that I needed. Yet the associates at Staples couldn't even help me to print a single thing.

Andre and his moving team were outstanding. They arrived on time at both loading locations and efficiently loaded our belongings in record time. They delivered everything to our new home with care, ensuring that sensitive or sentimental items received special attention, especially in our 3-story Philly row home with many stairs. Thanks to their exceptional teamwork, they completed the job at least three hours ahead of schedule, saving my family hundreds of dollars. We were so grateful that we bought the team pizza and tipped them for their amazing work. Thank you once again! I would gladly refer this company and team to anyone planning a big move.

    I originally left a positive review for this company. After my review, I saw an additional charge…read more My move was quoted for 3 hours. My final invoice stated 3.5 hours. I understood the additional charge for a half hour. They later charged me for 5 hours. With no notification, no amended invoice, no explanation. I left 3 messages with no response. It was not until I notified them that I would be contacting my credit card that I received a call back. I was told that I should read the sales agreement because they can charge my credit card if they need to - with no explanation. I signed an invoice for an amount and was charged a different one. I am currently disputing with my credit card. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
