I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming.
