I lived at 2525 Harriet Ave s for years and every time the police came they rang my doorbell to let…read morethem in and the city was always on terry ass he doesn't care about anything but the money he doesn't want to be responsible with his duties in the winter the heat would turn off so I got inventive and took apart one of the old air conditioners and made it into a heater I hooked it up to the hot water and put a little fan behind it to keep the place warm and he was never able to figure out that I had outsmarted him at his own game my buddies and I still laugh about him being upset about the water bill but he never did figure out what was going on so I guess I learned who not to rent from and believe it or not the guy who lives across the street from the entrance to the building he is a landlord named Greg Frankie and if you think terry is a piece of work try and rent a place from Frankie That guy is not cutout to be a landlord one day I come home and there is a UPS truck busted up and the cops are coming from both directions because Frankie was upset about the UPS guy delivering to terry's building so Greg Frankie got out a golf club and beat the ups truck and the driver called the police at the time I was notaware that Greg Frankie was a landlord but by chance he had a guy who I know renting from him and then my buddy came over and I was like how do you know that guy he's psycho and I told him the story about the ups truck so my buddy calls Frankie at his Wells Fargo office and asks him about the incident and Frankie said he was upset about the building getting so many deliveries and that he felt like he had to clean up the garbage living across the street from him we still have a bunch of laughing attacks thinking about 2525 Harriet terry persaud and Greg Frankie are by far the worst landlords ever I hope everyone is able to dodge these scumbag landlords I can't believe they are still able to get rental licenses but the city is not willing to put the screws into terry and who knows what it will take before the city does what they get paid to do I fought both of them in court and won both times so there is hope for others to get some justice done

I attended a conference at Hyatt Regency, and I needed to get some brochures printed for the…read moreconference. I saw that they had FedEx that does printing right at the same building, I decided to get the printing job done there, instead of shipping loads of papers to the hotel. I got to the FedEx little before noon, and a manager, Dahlila helped me with the printing order. I had to get 5 brochures that contained several pages each to be printed, 150 copies each. I selected the paper, and Dahlila went though each brochure with me to ensure they will be printed exactly the way I wanted. She told me it will be done in about 1 hour. I went for a lunch, and went back 1 and half hour later, and it was not don't yet, but almost done. She told me that the printer was out of paper a few times, which took extra time... Once it was all done, we packed up in a very strong box, nice and neat, and when I asked for some kind of discount that they might be offering for print jobs, she made sure to give me the best discount! Thank you! As I walked out of the FedEx office, another staff, Armondo came running after me, just to ask if I wanted to borrow their cart (the total printing job came out to be about 19 lbs!). As I was not going to be walking too far, I declined the offer, but that was so nice of them! They we both very nice, friendly, and took a great care of me. Thank you!
