I rarely have much of a wait, if any, whenever I visit this post office. The postal workers are quick to help, efficient, and helpful. Unfortunately, not generally the experience I've had at other regional post offices. A few years ago, I used their passport service and it was a breeze. Did not take as long as I thought it would. Easy to schedule without a long wait for my appointment. Highly recommend making this post office regular stop when needed. I certainly have! Sidenote: I love the aesthetic of this small, local post office. Thankfully, the charm and original look of the building has been kept.

On my most recent visit, I was sending off a holiday package to my husband's parents in the UK. That being said, the woman working the post office counter was most certainly friendly and helpful. Oh and not at all irritated with me even though I needed to correct it... three times (*insert palm-to-head emoji*). They don't speak much when you come in and if you want "extras" like a receipt, you often have to ask for it. Still, they have convenient hours and a decent amount of parking. Despite that, there is almost always some person who doesn't understand basic parking courtesy and manages to suck up two spots or park so close you can't open your car door. This is not the fault of the store - just people being completely self involved. I'd feel better if they had one or two more lights in the lot at night.

We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. When I said something about her careless handling of our items (which cost $1,500 to ship from Florida), she flippantly made a comment to the effect of "Well, I'm sure that they've been mishandled during the shipping process." That's likely the case, but NO customer wants to hear that when a valuable piece of art hits the ground. Furthermore, neither she nor her coworker offered to hold the door once as we were loading our car. I'd be hard-pressed to use this location of the UPS Store in the future.
