There are 2 drive up mailboxes along the curb outside this post office if you just have letters or small prepaid packages to send and want to drop them in the box without leaving your car. If you need something that requires you to go inside, there is ample parking on both sides of the main entrance. Inside, this post office looks a bit beaten up and dated, it could definitely do with a face lift. As others have mentioned, there are sometimes lines of customers waiting to be served here, but I've always found the wait times to be tolerable and the line moves along quickly. The last time I was here they had one gentleman asking people what they wanted as they first arrived so he could direct them if it wasn't necessary for them to speak with an associate at the counter. There are 2 or 3 ladies here who are normally always upbeat, friendly and outgoing. There's another who could do with some customer service classes or a bit of an attitude adjustment. In one case on my most recent visit, a couple came in to mail a package back to their relatives in India and it was addressed incorrectly. They acted a bit shy and apologetic and explained that they'd simply addressed the box the way they'd been instructed to by the postal service in the past; The attendant who was waiting on them kind of laid into them and gave them a lot of attitude. Finally the guy who was working at the front door intervened and had a much nicer and friendlier approach and took the time to explain why the way they'd addressed their package was incorrect and why it may cause their box to be returned to them undelivered. In other words, at least one of the staff here could use some customer service training. read more

One star for easy parking. 0 stars for how rude the staff always is. These people always look like they hate their jobs. They have an attitude, never smile. Pls help me understand why you won't allow people with a small dog in their arms just to post an envelope? Really? Banks allow pets and other post offices as well, so why won't you? They just feel like hateful unhappy people. Take your business someplace else if you don't want to feel like someone is raining on your parade every time you enter these premises. read more

The Supervisor Ms. Smith was rude. Call me names. Refuse to communicate with me. States she will give me a label for my package to be redelivered. And then refused to gave me a label. I would never use the USPS for delivery of packages. read more

Be prepared to wait. The post office is either severely understaffed or the post people just aren't working. I'll be using the usps much less after this experience. Update: if I could give negative stars, I would. I thought they were understaffed before, now I believe they are just incompetent. read more

Wanda (manager, supervisor or a senior agent) will give you the attitude you have never seen before. Just ask her why the package was not delivered, late, or lost. You will get flushed with Overtown type of behavior in your face and in the presence of other customers as yourself, wait in line for an hour or more to get the missing packages that were serviced by this postal office. Wanda will ignore your questions, give you the rolling eyes face, waving her hand in your face to make you understand that she cares less and you, as a person, is nothing to her. It is obvious, Wanda has burned out at the job and is no longer capable of handling the service issues. Her attitude is highly unethical for the job or for the woman of her age. Wanda does not resolve the issue but escalates it into a full-blown conflict. Fortunately, there are options to file a formal complaint on this office and this would be the second time. read more

This is a fairly standard post office, but generally I've found that waits aren't too bad and the staff is quite helpful. They've got a decent amount of parking and easy access to both Metrorail and Metromover. read more

Reading the reviews I had to double check that it was the same location lol. Maybe I got lucky....but these ladies were super nice. Usually i hate going to USPS, since typically it's attitude central, but not today. Everyone was very pleasant and I was really shocked. Good job ladies! read more

A package was delivered at the wrong address and I have tried to call this office to locate the package. All morning I have been trying to get someone on the phone but for 4 hours straight no one bothers to pick up, and no voicemail either. Is this the way USPS wants their customers to be treated? THEY LIE! OMG. never before have I experienced the hell that this post office has to offer. A priority express box took OVER A MONTH to reach me! When I tracked it, and called this post office (where tracking said it was located) I was told the box was sent back to Hawaii because the address was missing an "0", the box never got back to Hawaii. Low and behold, the 2-day priority box (for Easter) showed up (in mid May), and the address listed was correct. So why wasn't it delivered first of April? Where did it go for a month? Why did the USPS MANAGER lie about the 'mis-address'? How did it get so impossibly banged up? USPS staff who operate like this should be fired! USPS should be taken over by UPS or fedex, who would staff the locations to be SERVICE oriented (not still have Christmas decorations up in May), who DON'T LIE about packages, and who actually do their jobs! - oh don't even get me gong on the long lines and no parking aspects of actually visiting this hell-hole location. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please avoid this location at all cost. The staff greets you with a look of disgust as if they just drank a large cup of diarrhea. Staff is on their own phones, eating (when they should be running on a treadmill). They do the bare minimum work and act like they're doing you a favor. Also homeless people come in randomly to ask for food and water which is a nice bonus :) read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have not met a more unhappy, miserable, mean, group of people. I went on a Saturday around 11:30. They give you major attitude when you walk in and ask for something simple that YOU'RE paying for. They work slower than a snail. I waited for one hour to pick up a package, with NO LINE. I could see the workers in the back just chatting while I waited close to an hour for my package. There's so many signs up how they want a raise, yet, I don't see anyone working hard to deserve a raise. What a terrible experience. I will never be back to this location and I'll tell everyone I know to never come back. What an embarrassment when people from other countries come to this post office. read more

I Currently have a P.O. Box @ this location an yet my VV card or $70 VV package seemed to have be disappeared. Ask the clerk, an she acknowledges staff don't answer the customer service line. 72 hrs required to investigate within the USPS. Corporate will get a call 7/23/16. read more

do not understand how their delivery system works.... had a package tracked should have been delivered 14 days ago... every time you contact the usps all the say "it's out for delivery". Since the 13th when I should have received my package they are unable to tell me where it is or when I will get it. Even a snail could have arrived to my house by now. Had other deliveries thrown from the stairs near my door. they do not care who actually gets it or if an item that may break. instead of one star I give it a negative 2.. very unhappy customer. Another terrible post office experience. They have greeting cards in the front and my daughter (who loves Mickey Mouse) wanted to see a card with his face on it. After handing it to my daughter, Stephanie told me I had to pay for it. Mind you, my daughter was just looking at it and holding it, so I said I will take it away from her before I leave. She told me I had to put it back immediately. This made my daughter cry and I had to wait about 15 mins in line with a wailing 2 year old. Finally frustrated when I was attended to (by another employee), I told my daughter "I'm sorry that woman will not allow you to look at the Mickey card" and on principle I did not wish to purchase a card just so my kid could hold it for 10 minutes. She then proceeded to say to the woman attending me "You know what she did?!?" And tell her the story as if I was not even there! Very rude. Won't be coming here again. read more

Horrible service. The person takes forever to assist. Doesn't provide helpful packaging information on a timely manner. Always waits to provide packaging advice after one has already packed the shipment even if one shows her what is inside of the package upon arrival. Worst location ever.
