Nice, newer facility as I had not been to this location before. Made an online appointment for my…read moremom to get her passport and although it was an easy and smooth process, I felt the employee that assisted us was irritated and was not happy to process the application. Even with the interaction with the other employee, she was somewhat abrasive. It wasn't until the end of the transaction that she kinda lightened up and was nicer to us. Had she not been, I would have given this PO a one star rating!

But she refused because she wanted every envelope to be counted because, "That's how post offices get shut down." Well the joke is on her because this interaction spurred me to find a new way to pay this bill -- and I will be cutting the USPS out of it. For this SINGLE envelope "not being counted" in Albuqurque, she's lost out on 1 envelope per month for the next 4 or so years... So not a lot, but it's more than this single envelope that I was worried about.
