We were told Wayne office would take care of our package pickup daily. You guys have ignored us for the last 3 months. Even after we manually go online to schedule pickup, nobody shows up. We have a small business in West Chester PA and ship nationwide and have never such a massive issue with package pickup until recently, and none of the post offices around here is taking responsibility.

I was contacted by a neighbor who lived on Woodland Drive on the 12th who came to my home with the two checks for my daughter which she found on her driveway. The checks were wet and had the note I attached to them but the card and envelope was not there. Please explain what could have possibly happened for this to occur.

One of the guys there is rude and 100% incompetent…read more On Friday he complained I gave him too many envelopes 38 to be exact which I nicely said I could take elsewhere if it's too much of a problem. I certainly get when something is not doable and I never expect immediate turn around and can come back later or the next day which I normally do. Immediately he tells me they are more expensive then the price I've paid. I've been shipping the same thing for a month. We finally straighten that out. I'm not even arguing with him. His response, "Do you live around here? Can you come back tomorrow and I'll have it figured out and you can pay." Me: "Do you want my contact so you can call when it's done." His response: "No." I come back the next day and he says, "If these weren't so time consuming I'd have it done." I could have gone somewhere else, he could have called me or have told me it would take until Monday. To top it off, I was not mean, I was not pushy but the guy was rude and I could see the way he spoke to other costumers that he's losing the post office money.

I was hoping that the employee's name would be on my receipt, but it just says "clerk 11." I'm a bit bummed about that because the past two times the same girl has helped me (a young black woman) and she's so damn friendly and nice and it's just so not what I'm used to at a USPS store, so I wanted to give her some props!
