Today has been a long and tiring day and I had nothing in my tank by the time I got to Staples in Londonderry to print the funeral program. Nothing was working for her or for me and the clerk felt badly. When finally finished, she said I was all set. I told her I had not paid yet to which she said "it was only XX sheets of paper. You are all set." Esther, you have no idea how that act of kindness made my hard day a little less hard.

After about 30 hours of YouTube review videos, I was still stuck. I visited a few other shops closer to me in Nashua. To my surprise, these other places wouldn't let me try anything before buying, even just to feel it. They told me, "some people love Toro's personal pace, others hate it". Not exactly comforting when they won't let you try something. With the threat of 30%+ restocking fees, I wasn't taking the gamble. Then I found these guys. I visited the shop, they put some gas in one for me, I pushed it about 10 feet, and they earned my business because of it. Buddy was the employee who helped me and he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks Buddy! I won't need another mower for at least a decade, but I'll gladly drive twice as far to visit these guys versus my local shops. I am very happy with what I got, and for a great price! I'll be a customer for as long as I live here.

I am very upset and disgusted at the unprofessional behavior shown by management at this location…read more I had shipped a package over a week ago, during my transaction a package size of ridiculous proportions(47X16X16) was selected by the service member. I was charged for this size under the impression it was the only box that would fit my item (3 golf clubs in hand). I later found out by the receiver of the package, that the box was downsized measurably(36X6X6). Instead of informing me of this discrepancy and change in packaging, it was ignored thinking to would go unnoticed. After contacting the location on multiple occasions to rectify this situation, I am now being ignored after being told a refund would be made 3 days ago. I have entered the store and been told by employees that management has directed them to ignore all calls and contact as "they do not have an answer." This deplorable behavior and horrible customer service has been reported to corporate and I do expect my refund for the mistakes made and admitted to me by the employees of this location.

USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL....doesn't matter. They do it all. Plus, you can get documents notarized here like the UPS center on D.W. Highway. The thing that doesn't make much sense to me are all the negative reviews. I mean, it's a POSTAL center. How do you bash a postal center? What? Di-...did they take too long to print out your receipt? I just happened by this place as I was in search of a FedEx drop off point. I came here with a label already printed on the box to ship, handed it to the guy, and that was it. Package arrived the very next morning, as promised via the overnight label. Quick, neat, simple. The location is also wicked convenient for us, since it's located in the same outlet vicinity as Market Basket and Chic-Fil-A. If you can't find those two places then I just dunno. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯ So, yeah. NH does consolidated postal centers as opposed to the traditional stand-alone services. No wonder I couldn't find any USPS kiosks in Nashua. Postal Service USA gets 5 packages stamped for overnight delivery out of 5.
