Been dropping off packages for months at the L'derry airport location from items that I sell through Ebay. Well on 7/10/15 I dropped off a package in the am....turned and walked out...which I have done several times. Apparently my package disappeared. Shame on me for not sticking around to see it scanned with my own eyes....but I suppose if they really want to find out they can review the camera footage. I started to write a nasty review, but I must say that Tina and Sylvia took my number, came up with ideas and did their due diligence. welp I attempt to ship a package and clearly see that the fedex website states this location is a shipping center. theres one lady with a customer picking up... and no one at the shipping counter so I stand there.. no aknowledgement from her. Man finally comes to counter and atempts to help me but then says he can't because they aren't authorized to receive package for my company return. ??? say what...i am returning an office item my company has pre-arranged w their FedEx business account. I have the required email w QR code. he then says she can do an override possibly and ship it but then after 15 mins she refused to even try to assist. Saying I need to go to an office fedex in thr next town over... which by this time closes in 10 mins and are 20 mins away. so I was unable to ship my package on time and will have to leave work early and go to another FedEx twice as far tommorrow because she chose to not even attempt to put any effort into supporting a customer. My package was delivered on 7/30/25 at 2:41 PM. However, it was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS. My correct name and address were placed on this shipment from COMCAST/XFINITY. I had a perishable package sit on their truck for 2 days because their driver was too INCOMPETENT and impatient to sit in FIVE minutes of construction traffic on the main road through my town and by my house, only TWENTY minutes from their hub! The next day, mid- afternoon, they finally delivered it, crushed and thawed with the actual note "construction on road" with the INCORRECT date, written on top. Incompetent, unprofessional MORONS! Got msgs that it would be delivered between 9:40 and 11:40 - and so I had to rush home to make sure I was available at 9am onward, and Im still waiting at 2:30pm. Here is another full day I can't work or go anywhere since I have to be here for a package and it is LATE by many hours and may still not get here until 8pm when that would be the last delivery. My package arrived last night (Friday) at 24 Commerce Ave, Londonderry, NH 03053, and the delivery is to be on Monday. After making numerous calls and trying to reach someone at FedEx to see if I could just drive there to pick it up today, Sat, vs. waiting until Monday, I was told that the package was there, that the facility was open, but I COULDN'T pick it up and would have to wait until Monday. Really? It is there, Im willing to pick it up, FedEx doesn't have to drive 30 mins and 23 miles to deliver it, I 'could' get it early as what is in the package is going to require my attention for many days and I can get a start on things, BUT I can't get it and I must let it sit for another two days. There is something wrong with that. The person sending it was supposed to send it via 2 Day delivery and that is more costly than say 5 day delivery, so it gets here on a Friday night, FedEx is open now on Sat, but I HAVE TO WAIT until Monday for "THEM" to deliver the package. Requested online for my package to be dropped off at a pickup location instead of my home, and I even got a voicemail letting me know it would be delivered to the location I requested. I received a text a few hours later with a photo showing it got delivered to my home. I called customer service and customer service sounded like they didn't care, and all I wanted was to address the situation and to have them address it and work with their employees to correct or let them know about the issue, but all she could say was "sorry that happened". I needed my package to be dropped off because it was a hot day today and I did not want the contents of the package to be melted or perished had I come home at a later time, I would rather have it sit in a building than outside. It could've been handled better and the situation could've been avoided. I never CHOOSE FedEx, but some merchants only ship using them. Ordered a birthday gift for my wife, a rather expensive piece that required an adult signature. So I set it up for and paid for, Saturday delivery. I get a notification on Friday that the delivery has been attempted and now will be rescheduled for Monday. Well wait a second I paid for Saturday delivery. So I call them and express my concerns and about 30 minutes later I get a call from the local dispatcher, from this location. I explain yet again and he said they attempted and nobody was home. Mind you I'm making this call from home as I just happened to be working from home. I explained how nobody came to my door, my cameras did not notify me. He said they left a door tag so I ask him to hold on let me step outside. In case the pink panther attempted to deliver this package and my cameras couldn't catch him. I tell him there is no door tag as I look at my front door. So he tells me he's so sorry will anyone be home he'll turn her around. I said I'll be home for as long as it takes to get my package in time for my wife's birthday. As you can imagine from my writing of a review, no driver ever returned to my home. Can't wait to go to this facility today when they finally open up and get my package. I have orders delivered to me at home. I live on 2nd floor. I was in a car accident so all of my supplies and needs are delivered. I don't choose FedEx but the companies do. I have a sign posted at the main entrance to the building stating to bring package to apt door. This has been going on since Oct. I have contacted FedEx every single time it's happened since Dec 7th. Nobody has done anything. The driver either doesn't know how to read or is pure lazy! They don't even ring the buzzer to my apt. However I cannot get down the stairs in a wheelchair so to leave my packages downstairs there is just sheer disgusting from a company who is suppose to provide customer service. I'm currently in discussions with Fed Ex Ground in Londonderry NH due to an issue their drivers can't seem to find my home. Fed Ex and all other carriers have delivered to my home in the past, but when it comes to delivering a food by mail order, Fed Ex has not been able to find the address. Does this make sense to anyone?! They have delivered my food order to my neighbor's house, LITERALLY right next door, after driving by my house that sits 30' feet from the road with the house number on it AND a big white mailbox at the road with the house number on that. Most recently, when the driver couldn't find my house on 8/11, the shipping office printed out an "address correction" ticket and dropped it at my old address. Now I'm not only inconveniencing my neighbors, but also the nice person who bought my previous house. Not to mention the lack of customer service at the Industrial Dr package pick up office, where people look at you through the one way glass, and think you can't hear them talking, saying " pick up the phone idiot, and dial the number." Guess what ? WE CAN HEAR YOU! Be professional and come to the window!!! Stop being lazy and do your job! I will give credit to one guy I've been talking to, I only know his first name is Eric. Fedex in Londonderry is full of thieves. I ordered a 280 dollar HUG package and when I got my notification that they delivered it... I went to look and NOTHING was there! Why say it's delivered if it wasn't. Luckily I have cameras on my front door looking to the street and fedex never came. So they either brought to the wrong address, which they do at this one because they don't pay attention, or they just never delivered it and stole it. It makes me sick how this place is even still in business. It seems like fedex is known to suck! Especially this one. I filed a claim through fedex. Of course nothing is being done because they really don't care. I also filed a claim with the seller. I am a single mom so this was a big investment for me. The service delivery out of this location has turned so bad, so much, not delivered, delayed, excuses and lies made up by the drivers in the Exeter area that we had to totally stop using FedEx at all. A recent delivery supposed to take 2 days took 10 days of excuse after excuse by the drivers even reported our address wrong on multiple deliveries from companies we have used years! Lies just covering their own skin, we filed official complaints, called in complaints, notified companies shipping to us we have not been getting deliveries on time, one package was medication that was so late we drove hours to a medical facility to replace it when it did not arrive on time, medication! After repeated "delivery attempts" I still have nothing. There are two possibilities. Either the driver is lying about the delivery attempts or he/she is going to the wrong house. My security camera doesn't lie. There have been no FedEx trucks in my drive. We run a small business. We are here 24/7. FedEx has been terrible with communication about this and I have attempted multiple ways to get through and speak to someone about it. Twitter was the only place I initially got a response, but those folks are a waste of space as they could only "passed on my concerns" whatever that means. Meanwhile, I have ZERO confidence that anything will change since no one can actually get any real logistics information out of the company. On Thursday Dec 17th my bank sent me a package with time sensitive information and a check. Called their "customer service" and got Maumbi India which said they couldn't find the tracking number I gave them. Saturday Dec 19th I got a text message saying my package was delivered and signed for by a "David". Got home no package also there isn't a David that lives in my house or on my road. I again called the "no customer service" number and got no help. They said the driver would call me. No call came. Called Monday morning.... no help. Drove to Londonderry NH on Tuesday Dec 22nd. Finally got a straight answer but still no package. For some reason my envelope got delivered to the UPS Pratt & Whitney facility around the corner from the FedEx office in Londonderry. Tracking says now it will be delivered TWO days from now, and no adult was home to receive it. There was NO attempt made. The FedEx center in Londonderry NH is quite honestly, the worst FedEx location I've ever had experience with. If I have a delivery coming in from this center, I can guarantee that I will not get it on the expected delivery date. ALWAYS. At the present time, I am still waiting for a package that arrived at the center and was supposed to be delivered to me 2 days ago, but at the end of each day, is rescheduled for the next day because the driver is unable to get to my location by the end of the day. According to tracking info my package has been in Londonderry for a week then much to my surprise tracking info shows it was sent back to Wilton Connecticut yesterday only to be returned to Londonderry New Hampshire this morning. The 800 number is useless and the live chat is a joke. I waited 15 mins in a live chat without a single response from FedEx. FedEx also lies when they don't meet SLAs. I live at Cannongate III in Nashua, NH 03063. Within the past two weeks, 3 packages have been delivered to the wrong address. Each corner of the building shows the unit numbers of the building. All the driver has to do is look at the corner to see if they have the correct address. Then when you call FedEx to pickup the package that was delivered to the incorrect address it takes about a week of phone calls. I don't feel I should redeliver packages that are clearing marked with the correct address. If you track the package it says its delivered. Does not say it is delivered to the wrong address. read more

We would not have used FedEx as a courier if we had the choice, but it was the only shipping option for the company we ordered our laptop from, and we really needed one, so we decided to take a chance. They marked our package as "delivered" and a stranger signed off on it, it wasnt anywhere to be found in our mailroom or our building. We called FedEx customer service and were informed to open a claim and call the police. FedEx never actually called us back, their call center would say to wait "24-48 hrs" and never would contact us back within that span, so we always had to contact them for updates. We did file a police report, and our apartment buildings security reviewed the surveillance cams. Lo and behold, FedEx never was even on the premises of our building the day they claimed to have delivered the package. I understand that Covid has complicated things shipping wise, but it's not unreasonable for someone to feel concerned when a high value package is wrongly marked as delivered. After about weeks of calling them after the turnaround time previously quoted to us by their call center, FedEx eventually told us the package was deemed "lost" and we were informed to file a claim with the maker of our laptop. Well, weeks later, the package was mysteriously delivered to our building with tears and scuffs all over the box. We are planning on sending it back to the manufacturer, and I'd rather pay any other courier to to it than for FedEx to considering all the trouble we went through just trying to get an honest answer. Listen, it's okay if you lost it, but please just be honest and actually own up to what happened, and make it up to your customers. I know I am not the first, nor the last person who have shared this exact experience with FedEx. FedEx as a company, is only hurting the businesses who choose to use it as their courier. read more
