The woman there was so helpful; she got my son's passport application completed quickly and then handled my renewal as well (even though I could have just mailed mine in myself). She was cheerful, efficient and helpful and made sure that all my questions were answered. She made a potentially stressful appointment so easy! One tip for other passport applicants -- you need to pay the passport fee by check or money order.
