This location is extremely frustrating and poorly managed. I have visited three separate times to have my fingerprints taken, and each time there was no employee available to provide the service. Fingerprinting is already offered at very few locations, so it is unacceptable to repeatedly advertise this service without having trained staff available. Calling ahead is useless because no one answers the phone, which makes it impossible to confirm availability before wasting another trip. Either this location needs to properly staff the services it advertises or stop claiming that fingerprinting is available. Customers should not have to make multiple unnecessary trips because employees are unavailable and the phone is consistently ignored. This facility needs serious improvement in both staffing and customer service. read more

They get substitutes who doesn't deliver mail half the time ,they skip many streets and when you try to call your on hold for over an hour

I would absolutely say that the supervisor of this location is a 5 out of 5 stars. Mark went out of his way to help me when our packages were not making it where they needed to be. He was helpful and courteous which can be difficult during this holiday season. The only reason this is a 4/5 star review is because unfortunately I had to have a supervisor help me because the packages weren't getting to me. read more

The employees seem nice enough - but this post office is poorly managed and consistently underperforms. I moved to a temporary residence while my home was being repaired due to a fire. I was given three keys to a postal box and paid a deposit. I was informed that when I moved out, I would return the keys and get my deposit. Upon taking my keys to the post office - I was informed that they did not care what I did with the keys, and they would keep my deposit anyway. I also get mail from my neighbors about once every 8-10 weeks and have to take mail to them. No attention to detail. read more

I accidently put the wrong address on a package I mailed to my daughter from the last time she was stationed I Leavenworth. After much investigation by Mark and my daughter, the correct address was given. Mark and Richard were exemplary in assisting to get the package delivered to the correct address. The absolute worst post office I have ever had to deal with! Would give negative stars if I could! They're petty, disrespectful, careless, and rude. Their carriers are voyeurs that peep through my bedroom and living room windows. (The carrier denied it but was caught in the act repeatedly. I actually spoke with a female representative over the phone, and she told me this specific carrier ADMITTED to her that he was looking through our windows. It was audio recorded, go listen to it.) The carrier threatened physical harm towards my husband when he confronted him then threatened to harm my dog (he tried macing my dog on my property that was on a lead and showing absolutely no signs of aggression and was NOT blocking the mailbox on the opposite side of my front door), threatened my home and threatened to steal/keep our packages for himself and write "return to sender" on our letters. (I had a Lume package marked as delivered in/at mailbox, but when I checked, there was no package in my mailbox or at my front door. I even checked my neighbors door just in case, and it wasn't there either. I've also had other packages, like Ipsy, that were returned to sender.) When my husband told the carrier he was going to complain to management, the carrier laughed in his face and said, "Good luck, I'm not going anywhere." He's clearly comfortable and confident that he'll get away with doing wrong and negative things. Every time we would check the mailbox, instead of mail, there would be vacancy slips and we'd have to take extra time out of our day to head to the post office to complain and pick up mail that should have already been delivered. We've been complaining to management for over a year, and nothing has been done about the situation. The very first (female) supervisor I spoke with was the only one to show genuine concern and even took notes. Every other manager afterward (all males) showed no concern and was trying to shoo me out of the building or off the phone as quickly as possible. The final manager we spoke with said my word wasn't good enough and asked if we had cameras because he needed physical proof the carrier has said or done any of this otherwise he wouldn't do anything about the situation. Management has made it very clear there will be absolutely no consequences for their actions and that their employees are allowed to do what they want regardless of rules, laws, or even common decency. They know our names, our faces, our address, what car we drive, etc. and we absolutely fear for our safety. This is NOT acceptable, and something needs to be done about this immediately! read more

I had my arms full of stuff I needed to mail off for Valentine's Day, but I still needed to find the best way to send them to my family. After scanning the wall that has so many different packaging options, Melinda kindly asked me what I was looking for and came over to help me. Once I finished up with my large envelope, I grabbed a large priority box for a larger item I needed to send. Melinda asked me if that was the only thing I needed to send and suggested another box that fit my item better and was cheaper to send off. Melinda for the win again! I had a great experience and Melinda and her fellow coworkers were so helpful and kind. Thank you for the great experience, I will definitely be back again! read more

This is a fabulous post office. I've never had any trouble with it and the people are so nice.

The most incompetency I have ever come in contact with regarding my mail. THEY made a mistake delivering my package because the PREVIOUS owners of my house had moved out almost a month ago. The carrier did NOT verify that the NEW owner (me) had moved in and did live there (I've received mail with no problem). The supervisor I spoke to said I would have to call the sender to resend it to me because they shipped it back without verifying anything. They want me to do THEIR job when THEY made the mistake in the first place. Don't expect any help from them because "there is nothing they can do and they are very busy." read more
