The post office at Leaven worth resolved a problem to deliver a package to my daughter. I had addressed the package to an address I had from the previous time she was stationed there. I had feared the package was lost. Mark expedited the search and kept in contact with me. Once I gave him the correct address, the package was delivered. All of the confusion my fault. Mark showed I credible patience and professionalism throughout the confusion. Many thanks to all who were involved in delivering the package to the correct address. read more

Apparently if you go one day without checking your mail, they'll stop delivering. No letter or notice or anything. The only way you can get it reinstated is to go in person. It's ridiculous. Amazon left a package in there and it was only in there a few hours and they decided to hold our mail because the mail man is too lazy to walk 20 steps to my porch and put the mail there. You guys need to do better. One day of not checking the mail shouldn't give you the right to hold our mail hostage. This is the third time this has happened to us living at this address for 7 years. We have the same mailman too, and he knows we live here. read more

The absolute worst post office I have ever had to deal with! Would give negative stars if I could! They're petty, disrespectful, careless, and rude. Their carriers are voyeurs that peep through my bedroom and living room windows. (The carrier denied it but was caught in the act repeatedly. I actually spoke with a female representative over the phone, and she told me this specific carrier ADMITTED to her that he was looking through our windows. It was audio recorded, go listen to it.) The carrier threatened physical harm towards my husband when he confronted him then threatened to harm my dog (he tried macing my dog on my property that was on a lead and showing absolutely no signs of aggression and was NOT blocking the mailbox on the opposite side of my front door), threatened my home and threatened to steal/keep our packages for himself and write "return to sender" on our letters. (I had a Lume package marked as delivered in/at mailbox, but when I checked, there was no package in my mailbox or at my front door. I even checked my neighbors door just in case, and it wasn't there either. I've also had other packages, like Ipsy, that were returned to sender.) When my husband told the carrier he was going to complain to management, the carrier laughed in his face and said, "Good luck, I'm not going anywhere." He's clearly comfortable and confident that he'll get away with doing wrong and negative things. Every time we would check the mailbox, instead of mail, there would be vacancy slips and we'd have to take extra time out of our day to head to the post office to complain and pick up mail that should have already been delivered. We've been complaining to management for over a year, and nothing has been done about the situation. The very first (female) supervisor I spoke with was the only one to show genuine concern and even took notes. Every other manager afterward (all males) showed no concern and was trying to shoo me out of the building or off the phone as quickly as possible. The final manager we spoke with said my word wasn't good enough and asked if we had cameras because he needed physical proof the carrier has said or done any of this otherwise he wouldn't do anything about the situation. Management has made it very clear there will be absolutely no consequences for their actions and that their employees are allowed to do what they want regardless of rules, laws, or even common decency. They know our names, our faces, our address, what car we drive, etc. and we absolutely fear for our safety. This is NOT acceptable, and something needs to be done about this immediately! read more

I would actual give them less than one star. I shipped to boxes filled with backed good to my son in the military. He told me that moral was a little bit off and they needed cookies. I reached out for the help of my community and many people chipped in and backed cookies, brownies etc to go out to him (34 lbs) 2 day priority cost 102.00 and they boxes arrived a week later. Post Office would give me the difference between standard and priority back. The Postmaster is smug and unfeeling. He told me that I should have shipped express and that they dont guarantee priority. BS, it wasn't a 10 dollar envelope. I haven't heard from my son yet today about the condition of the contents but Im sure it isn't good. I will never ship with the post office again. read more

Was unable to check the mail for a couple days due to work requirements so USPS stopped delivery of our mail. Left a hand written note and not delivery attempt slip. read more

Stopped our mail without telling us (apparently not checking your mailbox for a few days means the mailman can make the decision to stop delivering all together). This was after we already had a theft from them with a police report to prove it. Absolutely ridiculous. read more
