Hey yall! I've been shipping lately and I always use USPS. I sometimes go to ups or fedex if I have to but I just go to usps. Things cost about $12-$16-$20 to ship now a days but that's the lowest cost to get the items there in days! A lot of the usps I go to are always packed but this one no one was in line! I was very disappointed by the phone customer service of how rude the guy was and not professional. I called to ask about how to track a money order. He kept saying, "Without the tracking number, we couldn't track it." I had the receipt to purchase the money order but not the money order part that showed the 6-digit post office number. I was trying to explain that I tried tracking it online on the post office site but it didn't have the 6-digit number. He didn't give me any other info on what to do. I then read online that I'll probably have to fill out a form to track the money order if I don't have all the info. He seemed very unprofessional and didn't even bother to try to help me. I don't think he was listening or didn't understand what I was trying to explain. Plus they barely answers the phone. Have to keep calling until someone picks up. I've been to this location a few times in person before, they seemed nice, Except for the customer service guy on the phone. So I'll give them three stars. read more

I am frustrated to say the least. On one hand the people I have interacted with are all friendly I love my delivery and pick up driver like they are all great, but the actual service is horrendous. I manage a small business and we have a decent amount of outgoing mail. I do not know what they do with the packages once they get them but I have soooooo many orders that get picked up and never scanned into the system and then just seemingly vanish into thin air. Here's the kicker, since these are not scanned in I cannot open a claim! Because it shows they never received the package!! ALSO GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYONE ON THE PHONE! I swear they take the phone off the hook. Literally no one will answer. So I'm out several hundred dollars in lost product and resending new product and packages. I literally cannot believe that usps is a government funded entity and all of them can be so bad at handling and delivering mail...actually I guess I do understand lol read more

Always a reliable place to ship. I have gone to this post office for years. It is not in best neighborhood, but it has all the services I require. On occasion I have gone and there is a line outside the door, so pretty busy on a regular basis. I usually only see 1 to 2 employees working at the counter which can be frustrating. I keep calm and roll on because the service is friendly enough, and if I have forgotten something they allow me to step aside, fill out my paperwork, and come back to the same window without having to reenter the line. Be patient, and your package will get to where you need it to go. read more

USPS is always closed for some obscure holiday. It could be like the First Day of Autumn, a Full Moon, or Leif Erikson Day-- and all the post offices will be closed. So I made the huge mistake of using the drop box again. . . . Same thing happened. Guess I needed a reminder of how incompetent these employees are. Wait for them to be open, and wait in line. You must must must MAKE them scan your packages. You have to MAKE them do their job, for your own security. read more

Bad bad bad bad bad USPS facility! Stay away from this place they have lost 3 packages in the last 3 months! They supposedly scan in and then get lost I don't know what they have going on here but every single time it's a bunch of bull crap and they can never find the package! Will never go here again or ship via USPS. Stay away! I just dropped of here and they couldn't even get that right. So, since I've written my review, they have been a much better workforce at getting the job done. Some improvement is still needed, but they are much better at taking care of my quick package pickups. Maybe it's just me, but either way, it's getting better. Also, it helps to get to know the people you're dealing with so you can call them by name. I always try to make people smile, and when you know people by their names, it helps. The USPS is what it is -- never really a fun trip when you have to go down to the post office in person, but this branch is better than others I've had the misfortune of visiting (https://www.yelp.com/biz/us-post-office-las-vegas-13). Ahem. But this, my neighborhood station, is AWESOME! I have always, without exception, found the staff to be courteous and helpful at this branch. I was just in there this morning trying to track down a letter, and they were all super cool. But what I love best about this branch is, you can actually get a live person on the phone! I had to call them a few times last month, and the phone was answered every time, and the woman on the other end was polite and helpful and actually seemed like she cared and knew what the hell she was doing. This is where I have to come pick up my package when they leave a yellow slip at my residence. I don't like this one- it's packed- the line is out the door, every time I have to come here. I don't understand why this one is the one I have to go to- it's still in the same zip code, I suppose. It's just past Fremont/Boulder near a mobile home community. There are three people at the desk, but the line seems to move so slow. The last time I went, someone in line had really bad BO. I've been to the other post offices in Vegas and if they close for example at 5pm they shut the doors at 4:59 the earliest. this place always closes 4 minutes earlier than it's supposed to. it's not fair and not cool especially for someone like myself that doesn't have time or the money to be spending gas to get to the other side of town. now I have to drive to the post office behind the airport and deal with Friday traffic... so disappointing and upsetting! I have a business. I almost have to mail out on Fridays. I used to go to this post office until I was just fed up. There is only one person working at a time and she is an extremely rude and slow lady. Once I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Sometimes she will ignore questions or spend 20-30 minutes in the back "looking" for a package. Sometimes the line is out the door. I don't recommend going here. read more

Went here thinking this was the safest way to send something. They charged me $164.00 to send an international package. And about 2 weeks later the package comes back to me. Then i take a package back to see what happened. They didn't know what happened and couldn't give my money back or at least ship it again for free. No good money stealing company. I did an eyelash extension training and unfortunately everything that came included didn't fit in my luggage so I had to ship it from this post office to California. I was so excited waiting for my things but guess what? 8 items were missing!!!! The tape that came with the box I purchased there to send my things was not the same tape I received!
