I came in with two carts full of heavy packages and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient with me. They even suspended my transaction while I got the second cart load. She gave me all of my options and was clear about the best price/delivery options. Now, for the delivery of our mail. Ooooffff. We live in a new build neighborhood with a grouping of mailboxes for the community to pick up at at our community entrance (as opposed to mailboxes on/at each individual home). The carriers have left the doors to our mailboxes/package storage wide open on several occasions for anyone to take or get their read on. Yikes. They consistently place mail in the wrong slots, bring packages to the wrong homes, and this week shoved a box in our small mail slot that clearly didn't fit. I had to go home and get a crowbar to help me pry it out of the mail box. It was mangled by the time I pulled it free. I understand how grueling this gig is and how understaffed and underpaid it is with the wild hours...which is part of the issue beyond their control and driving them to rush in order to meet the quotas and timelines. I sure hope this gets better over time for all.

Asked if they would be sending a message to the sender letting them know they lost it and was told no and that it would be delivered. Seriously considering paying more and dealing with UPS. Multiple missed pickups a month as long as I have lived at my house- often weekly- 2 in the last 3 days the mail has run (which are always scheduled in advance)- and I get home from work and have to scramble to get to the post office.

Location and parking are good with no issues; it does get busy but have enough space to handle the volume. The staff themselves have been generally helpful with very rare exceptions sometimes. My only ever observation is that due to not having enough workers that they may be stretched thin at times, leaving certain times of the day with packed lines (been in them before). Then again, in those same observations I get entertained with the amount of folks that come up with nothing prepared and they have to work each one from scratch. That said, going 4.5/5 here! Thankful for the workers here and helping us to all get the things that just arrive on time.

There was 3 people in front of me. The lady working there was socializing with the first person for a good 10 minutes talking about random things in life, etc. This is NOT the place to socialize. The next person was about 8 minutes... same thing.... talking about random stuff in life. Chatting about a specialty stamp that the lady MUST have and asking if the employee can order more. Then the third person you could tell was trying to get out of there and the employee kept trying to socialize with him but he said what he needed and was trying to get out of there. She started asking me random stuff and I said "I just need a receipt" in a stern voice so she knew I wasn't here to socialize. I ignored her questions. I understand that you might have a boring job and the people that come in are your way of socializing but save that for if you go to a store or something. Sometimes people are there for a quick trip, they are on lunch break, not interested in socializing etc. we shouldn't have to wait a half hour or more for something basic. They should probably have a 2nd person if they want people to tell their whole life story to customers.
