Incompetent and time consuming I wasted money on next day delivery for something that will be…read moredelayed due to "animal interference" despite the fact that all the animals were put up at the time. And apparently the drivers aren't allowed to contact me when they bring my package so that I can help them to avoid nonexistent "animal interference" in addition to that it took me 8 phone calls and over an hour of my time to learn this small piece of information. This is the second day IN A ROW. That this has happened. And apparently picking up the package from the facility isn't an option because the drivers (whom I can't call) have it. So I recommend using a REPUTABLE establishment...not a joke like this one, one star is overly generous. I just got an update from amazon informing me that the package that is currently about 10 miles from my house will take a week to get here; even if they walked here it wouldn't take that long. I am disabled and unfortunately I have to rely on institutions like this that clearly have no respect for the handicapped, I am considering contacting the ADA because this negligent behavior could have been a real problem if I had tried to send medical supplies I'd probably be dead by now. I could have rolled there in my wheelchair in less time than it would have taken them to drive here.

He needed some stock and so we had 5 boxes of merchandise shipped via UPS to the Post Office in Mt. Pleasant. We have NEVER had an issue like the one we had today. Wally went in to pick up his boxes and Albert (the head clerk) extorted $110.15 out of him for USPS fees because we did not send them that way. Wally had picked up a box sent via UPS from there 2 days before with no charge, so why a charge today? I spoke with a nice gentleman at UPS in Burlington and he told me that there should never be a "pick-up" charge at the post office for UPS parcels because they pay to have USPS deliver packages for them from time to time. This is a black eye on an institution that already has problems, without adding a power trip from the clerk to them. Also, the post master came from the back during a heated discussion over this to reinforce the extortion amount. My father paid, because he needed his boxes, but I am going to dispute it with our credit card company. Anyway, after reading the google reviews (and leaving one of my own) for this post office I can see that the customer service there is an ongoing problem.

I order a lot from Amazon and that means I have to return things from time to time. I love just being able to walk in and hand off my package, no waiting in line or needing a receipt, just a friendly "dropping off?" and "you can set it there" and off I go. I also mail out cookies to my grandparents every Christmas and have often used Copy Pack Post to send them out. Only had one mishap (not on their end--Colorado postal worker left the package on the ground next to the mailbox instead of taking it to the door and animals got to it), but they were great about helping file a claim.
