STAY FAR AWAY!! - I shipped a pre-paid Fedex package at this "Authorized Fedex Shipper" in…read moreSeptember. I was told there is no way to receive a shipment confirmation at the time of drop-off. A few days later I checked the tracking of the package and Fedex had no record of it. I contacted Fedex who indicated they had no record of the package. I then contacted the store owner and he assured me it was a Fedex problem and that it had happened before -"the driver probably just hasn't scanned the package". He indicated he would request a trace -but it wasn't found. I then contacted Fedex & they did a search -also with no results. After more than FIFTEEN CALLS to both parties OVER 3 MONTHS and documenting the entire contents of the package (over 30 items), I was unable to resolve who was at fault for the lost package and finally gave up. To make a long story somewhat short, 3 months later the package magically appeared in Fedex tracking and showed up at my doorstep. Although I am still unable to fully resolve who misplaced the package, the manner in which this business is run (TV running, packages strewn about, lack of call backs, etc.) causes me to believe the package was lost by Mailboxes and Parcel Depot, then later discovered -thankfully.

This post office is down the street from us in a little rural town so their hours are only opened…read morefrom 8am to 2:30pm. Be sure to note that they are closed from 11:00 to 11:30am for lunch. There's never a line up and Julie is always very helpful! Their tap to pay doesn't always work so bring cash/card if you're like me and rely on Apple Pay whenever I'm out and about. They also have a small selection of postal stationary if you're in need of envelopes, tape, stamps etc. Love my local post office!
