I called and set up service over the phone and they were able to come out the NEXT day. Jeff brought in and set up our dispenser and bottles and we were off! Super easy to set up new service and I appreciate that you can call to adjust the number of bottles per delivery incase we go out of town. We chose the bottom loader black dispenser and we love it. It's got hot/room temp/cold options. And the spring water tastes great! Very satisfied.
