I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.

It was great to be able to have them print from my email on my phone and then come back several times throughout the day as we needed various copies made. The last visit was a huge one. All we know is it was well over 100 pages of documents because that was the threshold for a discount! Each time, they weren't interested in what we were copying or printing. They just provided their services in a very respectful, helpful, and courteous manner! When we ever need any type of service they provide when we are in Globe, we will ALWAYS go to this business for help. Even when they weren't able to provide a notary, they were knowledgeable enough about the community to give us several options and it just so happened one of our stops for the day was one of the options. Thank you so much for your great customer service. It made a very difficult process just that much easier and I would even say pleasant.

I ask them to send a thing somewhere for me, they find the cheapest/fastest method for me and ship it. Finally, they send me off with a tracking number along with ETA info. That's all in line with my expectations. Touchdown. I've yet to have a shipping complication when shipping from the Mail Well. It's been my experience that the nice guy is super nice and even remembers my face from visit to visit. He goes the distance when I come in with a mismatch bunch of unpackaged stuff and ask him to ship this here and that there. No complaints, just knocks it out with a smile, and most times, a funny joke or friendly observation. Anyway, he certainly keeps me coming back. I keep asking if/when they'll get/use NFC payments (e.g. Apple Pay), but that doesn't keep me away. I'm happy that they keep my info on file from visit to visit, good enough.

I used to have a crazy issue with this post office because my mail was constantly being…read moremisdelivered in my neighborhood. I got to know all of my neighbors as we traded each other's letters back and forth. It was a real community get together around the holidays. However in the last several years it's finally stopped happening. I don't know if they are vetting their contract delivery carriers better or what, but it's nice to have my mail actually end up in my mailbox and not somebody else's. I've also been into the location more frequently and can say that getting a passport here was painless. Their lines move quickly as they usually have three people working their counters, and their rental boxes are secure. So good job guys, you've stepped up your game considerably, and I really appreciate it.
