The gal at the register who assisted me is top notch in customer service and she is such a delight to deal with. I didn't get her name but she has short auburn hair. I give this business 0 stars! I purchased my tankless hot water heater and had them install it so…read morethat it would be installed correctly and be under warranty. They say they guarantee their work, but this is NOT true! Their worker broke the drain valve when he installed the heater. My basement utility room flooded all over my furnace, etc. When I asked the owner to please purchase a new drain valve and install it for free since the installer broke it, he said that it was not his problem. He said that his installer did it, not him and he no longer worked at the business. He refused to do the replacement, plus I realized later the extreme price gouging he does! Since the, I have had wokers downstairs who saw the job that had been done and said, "let me guess, Schomburg did this work, right? You can always tell it is them, because they do such shoddy work." I wish that I would have known this before. Just giving fair warning to others.
