I worked with Jean Flick, who was fantastic and kept in constant contact with me. We had to temporarily store the crates before shipping to San Francisco due to COVID. Jean kept me updated with details and photos of the crates. The crew that came to the house to get the items were great. Very friendly and they worked so fast. They're very honest, too. Whoever packed the fine porcelain statuary found a $100 bill that my Dad had hidden in the "vase" the figurine is holding. They made sure to let me know they found it when they packed it, and to look for it. I had no idea it was there! One of Dad's little jokes. But that's how good they were at taking care to inspect and pack the items. The delivery was just as excellent (see my review of the Silicon Valley facility). I can't recommend Craters & Freighters enough. They were fantastic and I'll definitely use them again, and of course, recommend them to friends. Thank you!
