Dropped off packages over the weekend. They've still not been shipped. It's Tuesday at 7 o'clock went today to take some more boxes they weren't open. They're only open 10 to 6. Can't they open the times and days that they're supposed to be open read more

The hours are not the best (only open 10-4) but I appreciate the quality of people working here! Beverly is so kind and helpful every time I come in this is why I choose this post office over others! read more

I took 3 packages in to be shipped 3 days ago. Due to me already having paid for postage thru my business acct, all I needed to do was place them on the counter and the post office employee reassured me that it was ok to leave it there! Today I find out that my customer didn't receive her order yet and was due for delivery today! I checked the tracking info and according to it, my customers order never got scanned into their system. My other packages did and have been delivered, but this one is no where to be found! I went to file a claim and after inputing all the info, it says there is an error in my request! I just want to know where my customer's order is! And how am I going to be reimbursed for my order that I have had to a refund. read more

The post master was the most rudest, lazy people I have ever met. He went out of his way not to help me get the post office box I paid online for. No wonder the postal service is broke. read more

The service is horrible...I guess that's what you get when you don't have to worry about getting fired... Waiting 20 minutes to get 2 letters weighed and stamped...absolutely crazy...3 people in line... One person working... Stopped at another PO first, and they only had one person working and there were 15 people in line... US PO, you need to figure out a new business model...quick read more

US Post Office - Omg...the post office would go out of business if it wasn't subsidized... - Post Offices Near Me - Riverside, Missouri

I have been going here for 6 yrs. Tammy has ALWAYS been nothing but overly nice to me. I have not ever heard her be mean or nasty to any clients. Yes, like every other post office, sometimes you have to wait in line. If the fed govt would spend their money on something other than themselves, maybe we could get more help for our postal workers. read more

Everything says open at 10 am and yet here we are at 10 after and still closed despite hearing people inside.

I had put a star ONLY to write a review. Absolutely rude rude rude African American woman behind the counter! Talked to rude to me. I asked her about a package that wasn't out on the shelves. Hardly any we're out. Not clean, not organized store at all. She got a major attitude with me and kept saying you said this package, I said ma'am I don't work here I don't know the names correctly. She got a even bigger attitude. And stormed off mumbling. Was absolutely no help She needs to be fired!!! I walked out and will never go to this location again. read more

walked inside and no one was there, so I rang the bell and someone came to help. no greetings or anything, she was asking me questions and when i did not know the answer, she started to belittle me and talk to me as if I was dumb. When I asked her nicely to explain what she meant so I could learn, she kept saying "no it's okay never mind". I continuously asked her to explain what she meant so I do not make the same mistakes again. Overall she was very rude and not helpful at all. read more

I really wish I could give them no stars. Live in Riverside and prefer to go to Hy-Vee because the customer service is WAY better and you actually get service and help with questions. I have tried to be nice and flatter the lady there with kindness but it always seems to fall on deaf ears. She always seems to be in a sour mood and doesn't do anymore then she needs to do. No options when it comes to shipping items. There is a guy there that sometimes works that is the exact polar opposite of her. Don't know how she can still be working with customers. Avoid this place if you can and go somewhere else. read more

Don't go to this post office unless you are a professional at mailing!!! The lady working up front was absolutely no help whatsoever - I was unsure about the best method to mail my package, which is why I went up to the counter to ask for assistance, but she clearly had better things to do like sit there and wait for someone else to come in. She was incredibly rude and treated me as though I was an idiot. She made me write the address on my package 3 times because I wasn't "doing it right" but wouldn't tell me what the right way was. I've never written a review in my life but this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. read more

Worst post office ever. Half the time I've gone during lunch (during the week) and it's been closed. And it's closed for more than 30 minutes. Unacceptable. read more

I was at the riverside post office today.....the African American lady who has braids was SO rude...worst attitude I've encountered in a very long time. It's Christmas, it's going to be busy.....get used to it. She actually told someone, "I'm tired of talking and I'm tired of people"..... why, WHY does this woman have a job?????? Absolutely, ridiculous. This isn't my first rude encounter either. Put this lady out of her misery and find someone that wants a job. read more

Horrible customer service. Lazy middle aged African American woman working reufused to scan prepaid priority packages and provide a receipt. Any other PO in the city is happy to do this (after all it is their job!). I drop packages at least 5 days a week and have never had to deal with such a miserable, rude, and lazy employee of the USPS. I suggest that they move this woman to the back out of face to face interaction with the public. Or even better yet, send her to parking lot to pick up cigarette butts and then off to clean the employee bathroom . This branch needs serious attention from management. read more

I had to click on a star! Should be no stars! Lazy RUDE African American lady behind counter was EXTREMELY rude! I have never been treated this bad!! I actually walked out and went to an independent delivery company! I refuse to ever go there again and suggest others to go elsewhere! read more

I wish we were allowed to give either half a star or even better no stars, but I will settle on one. My family and I have pretty much decided that when we send ANYTHING from Southern California to Missouri, we know it will for some reason take way longer than it should. Of course this only happens when we send it via USPS. This time, I sent a very large package via 2nd day mail and when I say the chaos ensued, I am not kidding. I finally was able to speak with someone from the location on Vivion Rd and unfortunately they said I needed to speak with someone at this location...BIG MISTAKE!!! Such rude and unprofessional people who by the way gave the completely wrong information. It's never fun when something you send as a surprise seems to get lost, but when you can't get anyone to help you it just makes it worse. Thank goodness I found the other branch to help me read more

I walked in to mail a package with a smile on my face, ready and humbled to have the post office person help me. I was greeted with a terrible attitude from the African American woman working there. Why!???? I should have followed my instincts and left, but I decided to let her shame me and make me feel stupid about not knowing how to label my package. I also needed stamps, so I stuck it out and was nice to her the entire transaction. I have never been treated so terribly for no reason, this experience made me sad. Sad, because there is nothing I can do about it. I am shocked she can keep her job. I will never go back in there! read more

It is a Post Office, not a therapist's office. The woman I interact with there is nice and helpful and just as kind as can she can be to me. She is no-nonsense, and helps me every time I go in and we have great little conversations. By far the friendliest between Parkville and Riverside. Any time I have a question or need help, she does a great job to get me in and out quickly. Not sure where the other reviews are coming from. I have had zero issues there and like popping in to mail something. read more
