I asked her to guide me because I didn't want to place it incorrectly. She had an earbud in, was talking to the other employee, and had a rude attitude. While I was trying to follow her directions, she said "Oh God, help me" out loud, then said "I can't do this", stood up, and walked away, leaving me at the counter. The second employee finished processing it and gave me my receipt, but didn't respond when I said thank you ( multiple times) This level of unprofessionalism should have consequences. You don't get to refuse service, walk away mid-transaction, and treat customers like an inconvenience.
