I should have heeded the many warnings I was given and never rented from these people. They are…read morerude, impersonal, and a disgrace to the company. They have called my phone more than 12 times in a day to REMIND me of a payment due the next day. And heaven forbid you are late paying (even when you tell them you're going to be late) by a few days. That is when they start harassing your references you left when you signed up for the lease. They call your references, your work, and your personal phone over - and over - and OVER again. I didn't return one of their many phone calls one day (it was a Friday) and our payment was due the next day. So, they figured I was ignoring their call and decided to show up at my doorstep at 8:30 in the morning on a SATURDAY (the day our payment is due). They not only banged on my front door, but then the side of my house, and then our back door. I answered the last knock on the back door to inform them that I would call the police the next time they did that - they had woken up me, my husband, and our two small children. The next time we were late by a day or two on a payment, they called my phone over and over and over and over and over again, and left me voice-mails - enough to completely fill my voice-mail box. I had them make a note on my account what my work schedule was as well as my husbands work schedule so that they would only call when we weren't at work - which worked for a few. Then, they started calling as soon as they opened - 8:00 in the morning, even on Saturdays! They are constantly harassing us! Now, one of their lovely employees is messaging me on FACEBOOK to remind me of payments. Since when is that company policy? Is that not stalking? The last time they paid a visit to our home, we weren't home. But our neighbors saw them snooping around peeking in windows. We had left a light on, so they assumed we were "ducking out" and pretending we weren't home. We came home later that evening to find that our mudroom door was wide open, and the gate was open too. Our dog had been put in the kennel for god only knows how long. Is it their company policy to lock up peoples pets when the owners aren't home? Our dog was perfectly fine outside - he had food, water, and it was nice outside! How dare they! Needless to say I will NEVER be renting from them again!

Adams called me right back and asked why I hung up on him and I was rude. I again said " I couldn't talk,Good-by". Following is a transcript he then left on my answering machine which I still have: "This is Sgt. Adams of the Marine Corps in Helena. You just hung up on me for a second time. I just called to let you know that it is my job according to the No Child Left Behind Act,you know, that it is a requirement for me to talk to your son. If you are not interested, but he may be so I am sure I will see him at school or via Facebook. Had to ship my husbands medicine to him quickly since he forgot them on his trip. When speaking to…read more800 number customer service I knew I could get them to him by 2pm the next day so I took them to this office. The lady working was very curt with me and didn't seem to care that I needed to get his meds to him quickly. She offered me the overnight pricing and said she had no specific time for delivery. So, when I told her what customer service said she just said it'd be $76 and seemed to assume I couldn't or wouldn't pay that price. I did pay the $76 and he got his meds.
