I cannot give enough praise to Dan on his responsiveness, professionalism, thoroughness, and integrity. Despite my being over an hour away, Dan was always spot on time for appointments; he discussed at length the work he was doing and the materials and chemicals being used. He invited discussion of any unclear points and is clearly an expert in his field. An added bonus, the costs associated with the work done by Dan were significantly less expensive than any other pest control company I interviewed. I recommend Dan and Aegiss Pest Control without reservation.

The actual movers were good guys. Everything else was shit…read more The biggest issue was that I had a glass tabletop crated at origin of the move. It was a huge unnecessary hassle, but I couldn't fight every battle. When it arrived at the destination, there was no order to uncrate it...so it wasn't. Instead, it was leaned against a closet door, effectively blocking access to the closet and making unpacking in that room more difficult. It's been there ever since. I don't blame the moving guys for not uncrating it without orders. I blame the absolute dipshit (Hunter) who placed an order for crating, but not uncrating it and the inability to get anyone on the phone (Kayla) to correct the issue on the day of the move in. Additionally, it took 18 days to receive my belongings, even though the move was less than 500 miles, primarily connected by Interstate. That is a long time not to have a couch or a proper bed or the normalcy that having one's belongings provides. It should have taken 3 days, 4 days tops. This was really bad service, compounded by the fact that I had to commit to the move before receiving a delivery date, so they know that customers would balk at their lackadaisical turnaround time. Overall, I would not use this service again. ETA (8/26/23): Two guys from the local moving company showed up at my door 4 days after the move in. Uninvited. No phone call/text or other contact. Just showed up. Hung around in the stairwell for a while. Then banged on my door. That's creeper behavior. Very unprofessional. I would never trust Mesa for another move.

After careful inspection however, they determined that I had a clog, which turned out to be a crushed pipe! Before that however, Helena septic tried their best to unclog it by shooting hose the drain pipe from the tank side, and unfortunately they were unable to unclog it, because it was crushed! I didn't know it at the time, but they stayed over an hour trying to help me. I was very impressed with the two guys that came, and the amount of additional work they did besides simply pumping a septic tank. These guys did well and are very prompt with their coming out. I recommend Helena septic highly!
