Eric and Laura came out and did a thorough inspection of our attic and front porch. After inspection they recommended that we set some traps. They didn't find a lot of activity but I felt better knowing that some traps were set. Eric had refunded the $200 for our first visit and we agreed a $75 charge for set traps and $75 coming back in a week or so was fair. As for customer service they went above and beyond and would now recommend BPC.

I called Best Pest Control and after 1 service, the mice are gone. Orkin missed simple entry points for the mice so they continued to come in our house. I called Orkin only to find out that my appt had been moved to the following week. I got no phone call, text, or email regarding this change. It had taken me days to go through all of my cabinets, and I had to take a day off of work, and the Orkin agent had little to no sympathy. They didn't offer me a refund of any sort and were reluctant to even call the technician to see if he could fit me in somehow. While Orkin may be able to rid your house of bugs, I strongly recommend going with a different company who actually cares about their customers and values communication.
