Detailed edging, straight and tight mow lines with great fertilizer spray that made the grass thick, rich and healthy green throughout. Their lawn care team keeps my yard looking lush, neat, and healthy all season long -- they're detail-oriented, consistent, and always leave things looking better than expected. When winter hits, their snow removal crew is just as impressive. They're prompt, thorough, and make sure driveways, sidewalks, and HOA common areas are safe and accessible, even after heavy storms. They pay attention to snow plie placement, to keep it from melting back onto the sidewalks. What really stands out is their professionalism and communication. They're responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about doing the job right. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of quality year-round, but Bozeman Site Services does it effortlessly. I cannot express how very disappointed I am with the performance during my one year contract with…read morethis company. The service people they employ are delightful young people, but this company sends them out with little or no training. The snow removal kid ran over my boulevard light, the weed kids knocked my invisible fence pvc off my house. An estimate for rock beds was 9k and a week later I got another charge for 6K more because "we need more rock". I got another charge estimate to put in some plants and flowers for $14k and that did not include product. They ripped out the wrong plants, promised to plant more, and then I have not heard from them again. Most disturbing is that I called to ask the owner to call me about these matters many times and I have never received a call. This business is a scam. I am incredibly disappointed that the new "normal business practices"apparently allows such a shady, and lazy, and unscrupulous treatment of honest consumers. Do not use Bozeman Site Services.
