Eric and Laura came out and did a thorough inspection of our attic and front porch. After inspection they recommended that we set some traps. They didn't find a lot of activity but I felt better knowing that some traps were set. Eric had refunded the $200 for our first visit and we agreed a $75 charge for set traps and $75 coming back in a week or so was fair. As for customer service they went above and beyond and would now recommend BPC.

They didn't offer me a refund of any sort and were reluctant to even call the technician to see if he could fit me in somehow. While Orkin may be able to rid your house of bugs, I strongly recommend going with a different company who actually cares about their customers and values communication.
