Eric and Laura came out and did a thorough inspection of our attic and front porch. After inspection they recommended that we set some traps. They didn't find a lot of activity but I felt better knowing that some traps were set. Eric had refunded the $200 for our first visit and we agreed a $75 charge for set traps and $75 coming back in a week or so was fair. As for customer service they went above and beyond and would now recommend BPC.

Unfortunately, we have experienced problems with the system essentially since it was installed, and the lack of follow-through from Ambient has been just as frustrating as the equipment issues themselves. During the summer, our AC completely stopped working during very hot weather. We contacted their 24-hour service, and although the technician who responded was professional, the system was not repaired. We continued having problems afterward, including the AC being unable to maintain the temperature set on the thermostat. On August 7, after already going two weeks without contact from Ambient, I reached out again and explained that the system was still not working properly. I specifically told them that on warmer days the house would remain 3-5 degrees above the requested temperature and gave them a real example: at 8:00 PM it was still 75° inside with the thermostat set to 70°. I also explained that we had been dealing with problems since installation and that the system had never worked correctly. That August 7 message was our last communication with Ambient. As of September 21, we have received no response, no follow-up, and no resolution. This isn't an old HVAC system that has reached the end of its life. This is a system we purchased new from Ambient, and we have been trying to get the problems addressed since it was installed. We gave them multiple opportunities to correct the situation and continued trying to work with them rather than immediately going elsewhere. At this point, the most disappointing part isn't simply that a new system has had problems--equipment can have issues. It's that the company that sold and installed it has failed to follow through and has now gone more than six weeks without responding to our last request for help. We paid for a new, properly functioning HVAC system and expected the company that installed it to stand behind its work. Based on our experience so far, that has not happened.

The service tech literally walked off the job after having non-stop conversations with Kelley the entire time he was in our home, all of 20 minutes. Also, BMS reduced their workers insurance coverage and no longer moves any items to clean under like the original owners did. I was incredibly disappointed to learn it wasn't managed by Dave and his wife any longer. The level of professionalism and customer service is nothing like they provided in the past. And the new owners aren't forthright in telling you it's under new management. It's "oh, the system has been upgraded, let's get your information put back in" when you call to schedule as a repeat customer of Dave's. And, be sure, if you do use them, to pay at the time of service or you get some money desperate jacked up legal team in NJ threatening you with passive aggressive commentary in group messages within a week.

Lawn & Order badly damaged our new fence with fertilizer overspray. The business owner is denying…read moreany responsibility to the highly visible black splatter marks that run along the perimeter of our fence that were not present before they sprayed and became visible immediately after. The damage has also been confirmed as fertilizer overspray from other industry professionals, as well as pretty much anyone who sees it. We are understanding of the fact that mistakes happen and we were willing to work with the company for a fair resolution - unfortunately, the owner lacks the integrity to make it right. Lawn & Order damaged our property and when contacted regarding a repair, didn't bother to reply. After our experience, I recommend staying clear of this business. 0/5 After the owner denied the damage was caused by their spray, we had two other companies assess our fence (a fence & stain business and a fertilizer company business owner); both stated with confidence that the damage was due to fertilizer overspray. When I googled images of fertilizer overspray, the results were identical to our fence. In all honesty, you don't need to be an expert to know this is chemical overspray. Photos truly do not do justice for the eyesore Lawn and Order created. Still, the owner of this business attempted to blame everything and anything else. First, he blamed our sprinklers, stating it was water damage. Lawn and Order's fertilizer crew lead said that it was from 'high pressure' sprinklers that needed to be adjusted. Even though this seemed a little ridiculous, I ran our sprinklers to show that they aren't even close to the worst areas and also our sprinklers are far from 'high pressure'. Water would not leave the black splatter pattern that you can see in the photos and it was their team that turned on and adjusted our sprinklers anyway (which also didn't go well). When that obviously wasn't the cause, Lawn & Order's owner then blamed our fence stain. Again, this isn't possible - our fence was stained when it was installed in 2022 and nothing like this happened until Lawn & Order sprayed. We have photos prior to their spray when there are no marks present around the bottom of our fence, then photos from immediately after they sprayed when the dark splatter marks are clearly present. When we ruled out the stain as the issue, I was then told that I took too long to let them know. I took photos when I first saw it a day or two after Lawn & Order sprayed, but hoped after some rain and/or time they would fade. I didn't want to waste anyone's time or energy for an issue that might be temporary. I also didn't think there would be a dispute as to the cause of the obvious spray marks. When the overspray became darker and much more apparent, the business was contacted (about two weeks after they sprayed). The owner defensively stated that he didn't know what happened in the time gap, which felt like a stretch - Lawn & Order was hired to do both fertilizer and pest; what else would we have sprayed in that short time? How many people do I have coming by to spray chemicals on our lawn? In any case, I let him know I have security cameras that can prove nothing further occurred. In retrospect, it wouldn't have mattered when I contacted them, given their initial response of deflecting blame to anyone else possible rather than taking responsibility for the most obvious cause. Although I appreciated that the owner voided our bill to 'call it even', he continued to deny it was from their work and it was clear he was pushing for me to settle with him quickly, prior to having anyone else take a look at it. This is not the action of someone who thinks they had nothing to do with it. After receiving a reasonable repair quote, I requested that he cover the repair of the portion they damaged (the balance after our voided bill amount - a couple hundred dollars), which felt like a fair resolution. As stated above, the owner has not responded. Last note - most of the existing 5/5 google reviews for this business are the owner and his friends/employees.
