At the time I was told the delivery would be made. When I called this morning at 8:00 am they told me they could not get yo me till after Thursday which is the day after Christmas, even though they knew I was at 1 percent. The operator Norman was rude and inconsiderate. The sheer disregard for me as a 14 year customer, and the arrogance of the staff to be rude in a crisis to a customer was disrespectful and egregious. The management should be ashamed of this type of interaction and misuse of loyal customers. I highly recommend that you avoid this company.
