I never do reviews but this is a must. Ordered dumpster to be deivered on Thursday, April 9th, 2020. The Man on the phone when I initially ordered dumpster over the phone was very pushy and demanding to get me to pay already and get off the phone. I had multiple questions about pricing, pick up times, drop off time but the man rushed me off the phone. I finally agreed to rent a dumpster for $390 total. The man told me over the phone that they would drop off on Thursday, April 9th, 2020 and the dumpster will be picked 7 days after that which was Thursday, April 16th, 2020. Could not even give me a time frame on what time the dumpster would arrive. I asked this question at least THREE TIMES... I asked, "Do I have to call for the pickup? Or its automaticaly picked up after my 7 days" The man on the telephone response was, "You do not have to call, we pick up automatically after your 7 days" (Again I asked this question at the minimum THREE TIMES over the phone.) I asked the truck driver as well the same question. He said " No we pick up automatically after your 7 days. You do NOT have to call to schedule a pickup. Or you can call to set up a pickup time before your 7 days is complete if you like." I asked if there was a discount of some sort if I opted to set up a pick up date before my already purchased 7 day rental.... The man answered simply "No". Fast forward to Thursday, April 16th, 2020... My rental dumpster is full and an eyesore on my property. Waited all day and still no truck to pick up my rental dumpster. I did not throw any food out in the dumpster during my rental period because I am aware of the wildlife in this area and did not want a mess on my property. No truck arrived on Thursday, April 16th, 2020. The next Morning, Friday, April 17th, 2020... I look at my cameras and see garbage everywhere on my property. I checked to last night and saw a bear got in the dumpster and made a mess. I was Livid!!!! I call the rental dumpster company and ask why my dumpster has not been picked up. They told me "You have to schedule a pick up time." I was furious. I told the man multiple times I asked you and the driver multiple times if I have to call. You rushed me off the phone. He continued to say "Ive been working here for over 30 years no one says that" I swear to my almighty jesus christ and savior that both he AND the truck driver told me multiple times that I did NOT have to call to schedule a pick up date/time. Now there is garbage all over my property and when they did finally pickup the dumpster, the truck driver looked at the mess on my lawn and went right back in his truck and kept driving. I have used Bunnell Waste Removal for the last two or three years, we switched from county waste who constantly missed our garbage pick up. I highly recommend this company. there is not a time that I call and don't get someone on the other end that is kind, courteous and helpful. Extremely deceptive practices. It's a shame Mike cannot tell the truth to save his life. Mark will tell you that there's a one time delivery fee no matter how many times they redeliver the dumpster. It's only $85 per dump after the 1st tonne. Not true. They charge you each time. I specifically asked about fees regarding if we need it emptied and it coming back. We were told there was none. Looking at other reviews I see other people have had awful experiences with this company .... !
