She was fantastic and able to describe what her company could & would do to eradicate the nest of yellow-jackets& wasps that had taken up residence up inside of my soffit and roof rafters. Jackie quoted me a solid price for full service and did NOT try and upsell my situation. They could have responded as an emergency, but I declined and 1.5 days later Service Tech Josh arrived after calling me and providing an exact time of arrival. When Josh arrived, he was prepared, clean, neat, orderly and with a professional, fully stocked service truck. Josh took time to " listen" to the specifics of my issue and was soon changing into his full suit of armor to fight these pesky yellow-jackets. Josh got up into the areas required without causing ANY damage and destroyed this nest of well over 300-500 yellow jackets. Josh showed no fear and took these pest on a SEAL TEAM 6... When done, Josh cleaned up everything and digitally handled all billing. Please note: billing was 1/2 of what was quoted me for the same work by two other local companies. This includes everything from Farm Tractors and Equipment to lawn equipment and other items. In the last couple of years alone, we have spent in excess of $400,000 with Sydenstricker and Nobbe Partners. Recently, we purchased a new Unit from them and had an attachment we considered trading in. To Note the attachment was never used and stored inside. Retail on this item was over $8,500. We did not end up trading this small item in as the offer was low, which I could understand. So we posted it for sale ourselves. Easy to do with Facebook Marketplace. This was only to have an employee from this store reach out on Marketplace and make an offer to buy the item for 1/3 of the price I was asking, which was already 1/2 of the retail price. I kindly told him, "Sorry, no." He then continued replying, telling me why it was not worth anything, and I should change my mind. I finally just blocked him. Easy enough to do. Only to have him then file complaints with Facebook and get my account blocked. My Advice is be careful who you are dealing with, as some of these folks can be very evil people... P.S. I did reach out to management for this store and never received any reply. I also thought ahead and took screenshots of the conversation between the employee and me to verify that this is not someone posting with a grudge. I doubt S&N Partners will be getting any business from us in the future.

Two weeks after my purchase he called to make sure everything was OK and that I was not having any problems.
