And I can go on and on and on about this story, because rep on the phone says, post office must scan it and any time I'm telling it to post office, this post office telling me NO, they not. Beside that, please clean you parking lot at least once a year! Call the city, ask them to clean it! There is no parking along the front on Hollywood Blvd so I had to park in the rear lot and walk through a small dark corridor to the front with my package with signs alerting that security cameras are in use. The inside was clean and organized with kiosks of greeting cards and gift cards for sale. For a USPS location, it was very quiet with two employees working the package transactions. The woman was very professional and scanned my package and provided me with an online tracking receipt. She cracked a smile and gave her a green smile tap on the digital screen for her job performance and left pleased.

Upon entering, the lady at the front desk gave me a big smile and immediately helped me with my packages. She was patient and didn't mind explaining how my particular package would be sent. They are very helpful with Amazon returns. She went the extra mile with a smile. I appreciated that. Good customer service. This is a nice, large and clean store with all the benefits. They had a well-stocked display of office supplies and the usual helpful items that I look for at a UPS store.
