She was confused as to which package was yours among the many on the counter. She is a bit shy and may have been at a loss". False as i was the last / next person up to front. On July 16, 2024, I visited the store to print some documents. An employee's tone of voice was noticeably unpleasant when she asked, "Can we help you?"--it came across as irritated or frustrated. When I requested assistance, she refused to print my copy. I calmly asked to speak with another employee, but she declined my request. At that point, I chose to remove myself from the building and she contacted the police while waiting outside. Injustice On that day i was verbally trespassed from the owners private property. Bad business / Bad Attitudes. This is my true experience

I have a Kohls credit card for over 20 years. I called to bring to their attention the error. After debating me on the issue, the agent then changed the parameter of the letter making the "inactive time" now at 22 months instead of 36 months. They want me to purchase something just for the privilege of having their card. They would not correct the error in the initial letter then changed the parameters of said letter to suit their needs.
