I stopped here recently for postcard stamps for GOTV/election postcards. Unlike regular "forever" stamps, you can only buy postcard stamps at a USPS location or online. Some Charleston USPS locations were out. Passing by this location, I thought they may have stamps. You know, being in the "middle of nowhere" and all... No lines whatsoever, and the employees were both nice and efficient. I was in an out in minutes. Unlike online, you can also buy a specific number of postcard stamps, which was great because I needed 30 for my last batch of postcards. Although small, this is a full service USPS location and gets the job done.

Spoiler alert: package arrived fine in NYC. The real downside to this place as the lack of customer service. I know times are hard for the US postal service, but c'mon! You work at the beach! Every time I pay my car taxes or property taxes, it's always a pretty quick and painless process. The people that work there do a good job of not making an unfun chore worse with grumpy attitudes. They also make sure I'm aware of discounts that I might qualify for so I don't pay more than I have to. For example, before you pay your car taxes swing into the assessors office right across the hall to see if your vehicle qualifies for a high mileage discount.
