    After validating they got a digital package to print out for an elderly customer had arrived..... I…read morethen asked if they would have the ability to scan back the package once the elderly customer would signed them.... They said no..... so assuming that was implying that the customer would have to use the "Self-services kiosk himself.... I asked again and verifying twice that the location for Printing/SCANNING/EMAILING and SHIPPING Packages....No longer Scans to have an email go back the original user because that service isn't there. He confirmed in their store they ONLY fax now because of a "NEW" machine for 2026 technology for digital packages. The only UPS store in America.... apparently not able to do this task. Then the rep made fun of me in front of another customer. Then hung up on me. Then I called back to confirm the digital package had been deleted and they hung up again. Bad location for UPS. Hope it goes higher up and please help them get a scanner in their building again.

Usually packed with people bringing back Amazon orders but they also offer fax, copying and printing. Notary on certain days and sign says passport id/photo available. Staff always professional and helpful. Store hrs vary on days/weekends. Check directory. Located in a strip mall setting so parking is very plentiful . Motto get in where you fit in basically.

I appreciate the effort Joanna from RXO who helped expedite the delivery after coordinating with the local warehouse by me. Original Review: I ordered a washing machine from LG on 11/22/2025. The estimated delivery date was 11/28/2025. That day came and went and nothing was delivered to my home and no update was provided. I contacted LG and they stated that RXO would deliver my item on December 5th. However, when discussing with RXO, the next available date was actually December 12th, yesterday. I was told that I would receive a text message with the estimated delivery time the night before (December 11th) after 5PM. I never received a text message that evening and did not receive any call from a delivery person the evening before as indicated. The morning of December 12th, I received a text message stating my item would be delivered between 3:00-7:00PM that day. I made sure that I was home from that timeframe, and 7:00PM came and went with no delivery and no update from their team. When I checked my tracking information after being no-showed, it simply said "Cannot Perform Stop - Carrier reschedules enroute due to issues, such as broken down equipment, results in exception.: undefined" When I spoke with three different RXO customer service people, two of the said there was an injury during another delivery so my delivery was cancelled, and a third person said my item has not yet arrived to the warehouse. I have since received another opportunity to schedule my item to be delivered, with the next available date of December 20th which is another 8 day delay despite my item sitting at a warehouse 5 minutes from my house and my delivery being cancelled yesterday after getting no-showed and not being provided with any update the day of delivery. This company is terrible, their reliability is terrible, the customer service is terrible, and I will never order another item that needs to be delivered by RXO.

    For months, we tried to reach the management team of Tagg Logistics to resolve damages to our…read moreinventory while under their care. We reached out to our account manger, Michael Lutseo, the general support ticket system, and by phone but they ignored our attempts to resolve the issue. We sent a detailed report showing pictures of the damaged goods and how we calculated the total cost of replacement which came to $6,625.81 - some pictures from the report are attached to this review. As you can see from the photos, Tagg Logistics showed a complete lack of care for our inventory. The top boxes were water damaged and filthy and the pallets were over stacked so the bottom rows were crushed. We run a portfolio of subscription businesses and use a number of 3PLs and Tagg Logistics is the only one that we have encountered that has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to fix a mistake. I would suggest avoiding them all together and if you are an existing customer, you should do regular site inspections to confirm the condition of your inventory.
