    The notice they left for my signature-required delivery sent me across town to the wrong post office! It was a big waste of my time.

One of the last stops before being delivered to the store was in this location. I placed an order earlyish November and said it'd arrive around thanksgiving. Nope. Stuck in transit. I contacted Walgreens after 2ish weeks being stuck in transit and they were going to send it again. Supposed to come yesterday December 18. Nope. Stuck in this location again for a WEEK. I called the number and the guy claimed they couldn't do anything because my tracking number doesn't start with 1Z and to call Walgreens (even though I gave him the tracking number from the UPS tracking site). Fucking bullshit.

I ordered a purse from the Coach Store for Mother's Day. It was expected to be delivered well before Mother's Day. Well, it's too bad that I had to rely on a useless delivery service that delivered my MOTHER'S DAY GIFT on the Monday AFTER Mother's Day! That's how inconsiderate and lazy UPS delivery driver's are. They couldn't care less how ruined my Mother's Day was due to THEIR laziness!

    Our package was delivered down the street to the wrong address. When I discovered yesterday the…read morepackage was delivered by FedEx three days earlier and a photo by FedEx shows the front door area where it was delivered, we could clearly see it was not our home it was delivered to. Yesterday, I drove up and down the streets to see if I could find the front door that matched the front door area in the picture provided by FedEx. Surprisingly! I found the front door down the street. These are neighbors we've known for ten years. The wife showed us a thieving "porch pirate" coming up to their door that same day the package was delivered in the evening in a SUV style or truck with a cab on back of truck and with his face covered, quickly walked up and snatched the package. I have tried to update FedEx since yesterday morning about this information I describe in this posting, and I am stuck in the process by FedEx of waiting for a callback from FedEx after they look into this matter further. I am dismayed that I get this jerk around response from FedEx. All I wanted to do next was have that FedEx delivery person who delivered our package to the wrong address come by me door so I can show him the videos from the home down the street showing how the package was stolen off their front door and, of course, I would like to describe the bullshit we are going through because he did a shitty job with the delivery. We bought shrink wrap and tape for $13. After we wrapped our rug we went back through the line and Angelina helped us. She was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. She did so well I went forth with purchasing stamps and shipping something that I was going to go to USPS to ship because I thought it was the cheapest method. Angelina looked into all shipping options, including USPS, and UPS was the cheaper option even over USPS. It was nice to get everything done at one stop. It was even nicer having such amazing customer service. Thank ALSO during COVID they have taped the floor to keep everyone spaced out. There are plastic guards between employees and customers. They had a really long line and moved it very quickly.

Over a week later, I was unable to locate any tracking information associated with the reference number provided (9589071052703474835793). I contacted the store and spoke with Gene, who identified himself as the manager. He advised me to visit the nearest USPS location, stating the documents should have already been picked up. When I went to USPS, I was informed that the tracking code had never been activated and that they could not assist me because the mailing service was purchased through UPS. I then called the store again and spoke with an associate named Chloe. I requested to speak directly with Gene. She refused to transfer the call, continued repeating information I had already discussed with Gene, and ultimately hung up on me. She also made false accusations regarding my conduct on the call, which I strongly deny. I encourage the store to review the recorded phone call for accuracy. When I eventually spoke with Gene again, his behavior was highly unprofessional. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. He told me to "shut my mouth and stop talking," which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I went into the store in person to address the matter, his behavior escalated. He continued to be rude, aggressive, and sarcastic in front of other customers, displaying anger and harassment that are completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I even have a video I would love to share so you can see his behavior. He denied me access to any higher-ups to resolve this issue. I am a long-time customer and have spent my hard-earned money at this location for years. This experience crossed a line. My documents were lost, no solution or accountability was offered, and I was treated with disrespect throughout the process. Nothing was done to make the situation right. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it reflects very poorly on the management of this location. I would like a refund or for proper accountability to be taken.
